The experience was good. It was my first time visiting the restaurant. The food was fresh and amazing. The service was great. I'll be back in the future.

Our waitress Palmetta(sp?) was absolutely the best!!

The cashier tried to double charge me on a build your own stating you have to get the 4 piece. Since when, so once I corrected her she seemed pissed. I put my card in her hand, tossed it on the counter to me. Wtf, I come here every week. Im done I really wanna cancel my order but I'm hungry

Good food, but extremely slow service. I can’t really blame our waitress tho as she was pretty much the ONLY waitress working, and that’s insane. I also don’t agree with the automatic gratuity!

I would surely give them a zero for how they handled giving me rotten potatoes in my food. They only wanted to refund me a few dollars after having rotten food in my seafood bag. Not to mention, the female I talked to was very rude and acted like it was my fault they gave me rotten food. When I called, I was told a manager wasn’t on duty twice and when I called the following day, I was told a manger wasn’t there for the third time and only can be compensated a few dollars. First, how is this place open and a manager is never present. I felt this was a lie. Also, I would never eat here again and I had a friend stated she never goes here anymore because her food had a bug inside. I wish she would have told me because obviously they aren’t sanitary. Eat here at your own risk.

The food was delicious, My watermelon long island was perfect. I went on a day that wasn't as busy.

There was a huge cockroach in the wall

When we got there our schedule time out booth wasn't ready and when they did seat us the seats were dirty still. This was our first time there. Now our waitress Jasmine was outstanding very attentive, I to her $20 on top of the 18% they charge automatically, the food was subpar to me this place is definitely a seafood restaurant. So I ordered the Alfredo pasta (spicy) I don't eat sea food and added the broccoli for an extra $3.99 I received three pieces and added chicken for the same price of $3.99 I didn't know that my chicken would be one tender fried. Yeah this place wasn't for me.

The staff was excellent. Took no time at all for the food to come. Very nice and food was delicious.

The restaurant was nice, i was there on time for my reservation. The food was tasty, and the portion size ample. The only thing i didnt like was the automatic 18% gratuity. Some places act as though tips/gratuity are mandatory, when it is always optional.

Everything was pretty fantastic. The seafood was amazing – seriously top-notch! And Jasmine, our server, was a total sweetheart. She was pleasant and on the ball, it really made the whole experience that much better. The only tiny things I noticed were the wait time (understandable, I guess, since they're so popular!), and the crab was just a tad overdone. But honestly, those were minor quibbles. The good far outweighed the slightly less-than-perfect.

The decor is not giving Cajun/Creole. It still looks like an Asian buffet. Maybe work at a more carnival theme. It will make the atmosphere more lively. The food is delicious. Greeters were dry but my waitress was pleasant & professional. Everything was clean. Just gotta work on the decor, atmosphere & vibe. It's boring.

Server got my drink wrong and didn't even give my girlfriend her drink, waited for 40 after ordering food and left. I think they were understaffed but they shouldn't book reservations if they can't properly serve the customers.
