We routinely order about $90 worth of food for the family. Maybe one slight mistake but many,many times the food has been fresh and the orders all correct. Everyone is friendly

It took 20 minutes to get a concrete mix, and the drive-through didn't have a sign so I had to do a full circle around and when I got out of the car it smelled like piss and free the nice people that work there.

I recently visited Culver’s, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. First off, the wait time for food was ridiculously long. Even though there weren’t many customers, I waited an unreasonable amount of time for my order. On top of that, there was no clear sign for the drive-thru, so I ended up wasting even more time figuring out where to go.
Once inside, the place smelled like pee, which was extremely off-putting. It made me question how clean the restaurant was. When my food finally arrived, the fries were completely undercooked—soft and soggy. The service was bad, too. The staff seemed disinterested and did not offer any kind of apology for the delays or quality of food. Overall, this was an awful visit, and I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Love the food always so good, service is always so great! But I could really do without all those young kids that go in there in groups and are super ignorant, parents should be with those kids,I remember going in there with my son trying to have lunch and kids about 12 years old were running around the dining area, crocs, flying off there feet while other people around sat there trying to enjoy there lunch. So it's happened on more then 1 visit with the youngsters so I'd rather just take me food to go.

Butter burger wasn't as good as last time. They put processed cheese on it which I hate, had to scrape off! Barely any lettuce. Bun was flattened...like a fast food burger. Won't buy again. They didn't have the pumpkin pecan custard which was advertised. Got a concrete mixer instead, they charged $1.20 extra for the pecans. Way too many and too large pecans!!! Way way toooooo many!! Won't buy again!
