Ordered a pizza with no delivery, rep told me to call Summit even though im less the .5 miles way. Going through corporate but i dont have my pizza and card was charged

This is not towards any staff or service. This is directly to the quality of food. Which was one of the worst of ever had. Not just from dominos but in life.
Theres nothing dominos can possibly do for me to ever order there again. Idk how you continue business with food this bad.

I was a little worried at first because i couldnt find the location....it was late evening and someone hadnt turned on the exterior light...lol....so i passed it....once i came around for another go at it.....i struck gold....the pizza was on point....i can not complain at all.....customer service was also on point...i would recommend to others....

Did have any pasta, wings, or some toppings like peppers! This was communicated in a timely manner, we found out when we walked in expecting our order to be ready, which took them 45 minutes to make! There were 5 staff members working, not sure what the delay was. Dont think i can order from them again.

Where to begin?
My wife placed an order for dinner on 7/28/24. The store marked it completed and delivered.
Got the notification from Uber eats about it. Food was not at our door. As soon as my wife was going to call, the driver that was sent to our house called and said that the dispatcher didn't give him the food. That he had to go pick it up at the store again. My wife called Uber eats, and they said they couldn't do anything about it since the driver is a Domino's pizza employee. That she had to talk to the store. She did, and the gentleman said he had spoken to his driver, and they would be remaking the order and should be ready in 15-20 minutes. 30 min went by, and we didn't hear anything back nor the food was delivered. The same gentleman answered the phone. He apologized that the food wasn't there but that they realized when remaking the food that they ran out of one ingredient/topping for one of the pizzas. He had to send his driver to the store to buy more so they could fulfill the order. At this time, the food would be another 20-30 minutes for it to be ready, he claimed(which is completely unacceptable). He offered a pop or dessert as an apology/ makeup item instead of refunding the order. At this point, it was 1.5 hours after the original order was placed, no food yet. I then called (not so proud of the words that came out of my mouth) and spoke to a gentleman named Alex, who claimed to be the General Manager. Yet he refused to give me his last name when I asked for it. Alex seemed like he was in fear of something? After I hung up and tried to make different arrangements for dinner for my kids. Alex called back and said that the order was on its way to be delivered and that he was also going to issue a refund. At this time, it was 2+ hours after the original order was made. He tried to provide his last name and the number to his corporate team.
2 hours waiting for food, not even good food was delivered. Undercooked pizza with an ok brownie. Alex thought this was going to make up the worst experience we have had with any Uber eats delivery and / or restaurant. We're not going back to Domino's after this. Poor customer service, lackadaisical management, and lying to a mother that was just trying to feed her kids dinner. All of this could have been avoided if the gentleman who calls himself the general manager would have managed this situation properly and sensitively.
All of this information is meant for the people in charge of this franchise to see and understand that the community does not want to be lied to or taken advantage of. I understand that businesses have suffered a lot lately, especially the hospitality industry. It's not the way to stay in a community and be supported by them.

So this is New York Style pizza as on the commercial..I think not. This is it for me! I have tried ordering this style before, and it's never done right, so you'd think I would stop placing the order. I went in person this time versus having it delivered, and it still was like the photo. Cooks do not wear gloves and they are touching the food with their bare hands. It only hurts when you see it! Manager said that's how they operate with no gloves and their apron was full of flour, they came to the register because my pricing was incorrect, touched the register and went back to making pizza (no hand washing in between) They could not explain the pricing to me after I cancelled the food that I saw them handling with their bare hands after it was rolling on the table! Please train your staff! To not be able to explain discrepancies in prices is unreal.

They have The worst delivery the send the delivery driver with out the food

They advertise delivery, but it’s near impossible to be serviced as such. If you place a delivery order on their app, they will cancel your order without notice until you call the store to follow up why your food hasn’t arrived yet. If you place it on Uber Eats, they will cancel upon checkout since store staff delivers the food. If they use Uber Eats & are understaffed, why not just use the courier services Uber Eats has to offer instead of losing money???♀️
