Wait is absurd and no one picks up the phone.
“I ordered a large pizza on October 10 but received a small by mistake. When I called the store, they promised me a credit for a free large pizza on my next visit. However, when I went back, they couldn’t find the credit under my account, and no manager was available to help resolve the issue. Disappointed with the lack of follow-through and customer service.”

Ordered 4 handmade pizzas. I placed an online order and it was ready in 30 minutes. The pizza was hot and tasty. My daughter wanted this instead of Palermo’s. It did not disappoint. I was skeptical to order because the reviews are bad. Wish I had added a few different wings.
I bought two more times since this review. A lot of BD parties last few weeks. First time great. Second and third time the pizzas weren’t cooked long enough. Still not awful. But they need to stay in 3-5 minutes longer.

The customer service was great! The pan pizza was a bit doughy and under cooked. Enjoyed the garlic bites. They didn't upgrade one of my medium pizzas to a large, I ordered online as stated in the commercial promo.

You should have a sign that says you don’t take gift cards if you don’t want to take them. Went twice and both times the gift cards supposedly didn’t work. Gave them the benefit of doubt the first time, and I just paid with my card. My husband went on a separate occasion with a different gift card, and the cashier was very rude! She slammed the gift card on the counter right in front of my husband saying it didn’t work! Terrible customer service.

Was short staffed, took 35 + minutes to get complete order . No sorry , or anything. And same woman that took other customer's money and grabbed boxes from under the table made our sandwiches and pizzas without washing her hands or putting on gloves
