I love the location of the Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s just a shame the amount of time that you have to wait in the drive-through is just unacceptable and I’m not one. to complain ever but this location for two cars ahead of me. I waited 12 minutes for a hot chocolate. :(.

I usually never leave reviews but after the service I received from this young man, Omar Ali, I felt I had to. This young man was managing the store like he was the Ceo. i bought donuts and a coffee thru kiosk. i got my coffee and had to ask for my donuts. So kiosk is fine and simple but you need to complete the order and give the customer the complete order. Management needs to get the workers coordinated. One worker was mopping the floor while a line was forming one was on the drive thru then running to the front register a bit unorganized
