Horrible customer service! My first and last time coming here. After being asked to repeat my order multiple times and basically being yelled at I wanted to make sure the order was correct at the window. The older lady with a heavy accent insisted I said something else and instead of fixing her mistake she told me that’s what you asked for it’s in the bag. And since when are pastries put in the same bag as hot food. So rude and an easy mistake to fix whether I was wrong or she was.

I live down the street from this place. But I stopped going here for years due to the horrible customer service. But over the past couple months I decided to give them a try. But today I ordered iced coffee with liquid sugar. When I got it it was a flavored sweetener. I returned told the person in the driver thru there was a flavored sweetener added. I was told it was liquid sugar because she made it. I told her no this is flavored. She became irritated and told me to come to the window. When I got to the window the cashier was apologetic and stated she had mixed the drinks up. I told her it was fine things happen. While I appreciate the cashier the young lady with the attitude could have handled it better. Instead of telling me how she was the one who made the coffee and being nasty about it just fix it. The cashier even said to her “she’s not mad”! It’s not what you say but your delivery! And I’ve looked over this young lady’s stank attitude in the past because many places no longer care about good customer service! But today reminded me why I stopped coming and why I won’t return ever!

These guys can’t keep up when it gets alittle busy. I sat there in the drive through and waited for my coffee and hash browns. They finally came with my coffee but not my hash browns. On top of that there was about 5 cars behind me. Do go here if it’s busy. Just terrible.
Thank you to the gentleman who made our coffee and sold me a bag of coffee tonight. I didn't have my usual couple bucks to tip and it was so good, thank you 🙏💕 I'll get you next time!

All of the workers there are rude and uncaring about their job and the customers. They are on there phones most of the time and when they're not they can barely do their job right. I asked for a water on a hot day where they didn't even allow me to sit inside and charged me two dollars for one bottle of water. Safe to say do NOT waste your time at this place and go to a better dunkn if you actually want decent service.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. The staff at this location were incredibly rude, dismissive, and clearly had zero interest in providing even basic customer service. Their attitude was arrogant, as if doing their job was a favor to the customer. No courtesy, no professionalism—just blatant disrespect. It felt like I was being rushed out rather than served. If management actually cares about this brand’s reputation, they need to seriously retrain or replace this team. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
