Shout out to the ladies working last night and a huge thank you! I placed an order and then our vehicle got impounded and then we had to walk a good couple of hours. Long story short I arrived 3 hours later, phone was dead and I was exhausted. She couldn't find my order but did what she could to make sure I atleast walked away with something. I appreciated that more than she knows and it was very much needed! I didn't have a car so I walked up to drive thru window but kept my distance as I didn't want to spook them anymore than I probably did. But great customer service and drinks hit the spot!

Went thru drive thru ordered hot black tea, after drinking a bit of the tea it would not come up. Opened the cup to find a fairly big piece of brown craft paper used for paper products. Called manager only to replace my tea. Told him he needs to retrain his employees. NO ONE saw this in the cup even if it fell in?? Avoid this Dunkin

Please call out your orders to your customers if they order through the kiosk. It's not nice to have customers come up to ask if their orders are already after waiting for awhile. Meanwhile there's 6 employees just standing there behind the counter.

Entered a large coffee-donut-bagel-muffins order this AM (about $130 worth) for a crew of workers rehabbing a church not far away. When I got to the site, I found that the 6 muffins I ordered and was charged for were not in any of the boxes or bags.
I later stopped back, with my receipt and pleasantly informed the mgr that they had forgotten the muffins but I was charged the $13.99 for. She immediately got pretty defensive and maintained that SHE had packed the muffins herself. I respectfully disagreed and said, two of us looked for them in the bags & boxes and they weren't included. She again said 'you got your muffins' so she wasn't going to give an inch so I left.
I subsequently called back to the work site and asked if they happened to see any bag or box with muffins that I may have overlooked, (though that was unlikely as two of us were looking for them when we 1st started working). It was verified that NO muffins were there and no one had eaten any.
I know that people work hard and we all make mistakes and I didn't go in there angry or anything. Can't help but think that a good manager, would toss a bone (or a muffin), to someone who had just dropped $130 there a couple hours earlier and put 6 muffins in a bag and should have said, "here and so sorry for the mistake."
Guess good business sense is too much to expect these days.
(p.s. and I also tipped the girl when I picked up the order. Hopefully other neighborhood Dunkins are better managed.

My order was given to me suspiciously fast then I realized I was given the stalest, coldest bagel ever. Check your food before driving off!

Went there this morning for the $6.00 meal deal and asked if I could get a large coffee instead of medium willing to pay more and all I got was a "no" no explanation no nothing so I left and went to the one on 103rd and central and the did it no problem charged me extra $1.00 and off I went there are plenty of dunkins around and I will continue to go to the ones that take care of there customers.
A beautiful location but with only one kiosk to order food and a line of customers and workers not willing to work cashier stations it leaves a lot to be desired. Although, even worse as this location has cockroaches so foodie beware.

Arrived at 9:30 PM to grab a coffee and something to eat. The door says the lobby closes at 10PM. Google says the lobby closes at 10PM. The door was locked yet there was a crowd of female employees in a circle talking. I called and the employee that answered was immediately ignorant and told me to go to the drive thru if I wanted something and hung up. I was obviously on foot and had walked several blocks to get there so could not go to the drive thru. Total unprofessionalism and ignorance at this location. Honor your hours and stop hiring lazy hoodrats.

Drive up crowded so went in store. Person who took order was very confused when I ordered 3 donuts. Could not figure out how to apply my rewards so just paid & left.

Customer service is not good. The employees are careless. I order for small hot coffee with 2 sweeteners. The coffee was not hot and they add sugar instead of sweetener.
