Nancy literally held up the line to lecture me about how my drink was ordered. I’m a paying customer and it doesn’t matter when an order is placed. It is her job to fulfill the order, not complain to the customer

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I’m used to ask for some ice in the side to put in my coffee and NEVER had an issue at other locations however in this location some guy from the kitchen comes out and says “there’s a charge for it”, I explained what I need it for (even though I had already paid for my coffee) this guy’s reply was : “well…where do you want me to put it” I replied “in a small cup” he says “well we charge for cups” finally I asked him to put some directly into my coffee (that I didn’t want). This place lacks of service to their customers. NEVER coming back to this place again.

I ordered large ice matcha latte and I saw how they filled it up with all ice so I asked if they could lessen the ice. I am pretty sure I asked nicely and One crew side-eyed me and said wait for your order and the other said just give it that way. So this is all what they hand me. Half cup !!!!!! No brain crew doesnt know how to figure out what is Large order they could have done adding milk or regular water. did not got the value of my money!!!!!! Too early to ruined my day! Dunkin donut please hire somebody that has a working brains and atleast a good customer service!!!!!

I went to Dunkin on 09/29 around 7:30pmish, waited in drive thru line for 30-40 minutes, the lady in the car in front of me kept saying hello to the speaker & nobody was answering her after a good 5 minutes she pulled off and the kid finally said something as soon as she pulled off. I told him she had pulled away & he just said oh okay & then I waited another 30 Minutes PATIENTLY & he didn’t say one word. I finally pulled to the drive thru window & I saw him EATING and he walked to the register & it looked like he took the car in back of me after 30 MINUTES of me waiting. I was only being patient because it was national coffee day so I figured it was busy but there was 0 cars in front of me and about 3 cars pulled away behind me after I waited 30 minutes. Kids name is Isaiah. I usually go to this location and this has NEVER happened to me, kid needs to get fired ASAP.
