This location is dirty! The tables are not clean and the floor has garbage all over. The napkins and straws were not filled and the cashier got annoyed when I asked her for a straw. They also made the drink incorrect even after there is a large picture advertising it on the menu. I usually don’t complain about employees talking and having fun, but maybe if they spent more time working and focusing this location would not be so bad.

Drive thru employy seemed annoyed when taking pur order. Since I also work in the service industry I let it slide. When it came to picking up my drive through order she proceeded to tell me the first item from my order, so I can confirm if it was mine. She ended up giving me another drink that wasn't mine or the was that she repeated to me. Before I can tell her the rest of my order to confirm she proceeded to walk away with attitude. Night crew is better when it comes to service .

Purchase the hot coffee when I received it it was literally cold at the drive-thru window backed up told them it was cold they gave me another coffee it was cold too amazing. I had to give it back finally they gave me my hot coffee. 3 weeks later stopped again received my coffee again the hot coffee was cold. Had to go back to get my hot coffee. Horrible store no apologies act like I was a problem

I went here couple times in the morning for the past 2 weeks trying to give it a chance. The people in the morning rush you and are very rude when you try to ask a simple question. Whoever takes the orders it's either a guy or a girl are very rude and always scream ANYTHING ELSE ANYTHING ELSE THATS ALL. Instead would like complete your order. Very disgusted with this place.
