Customer service is horrible, I have seen two customers get cursed out and banned from coming here simple because they were unhappy with the food order being wrong or the staffs attitude. A bunch of young disrespectful girls work here.

Did not sit in. Ordered thru the drive up. Personnel was extremely rude. Recently opened DD. Female handed my coffee out the window while her head was turned the other way without looking at me. When I did not accept it, then she turned & passed it to me. Too many Dunkin Donuts. No way will I be back. Rude, disrespectful & I felt she did not appreciate my business, in fact, I just tossed all of it. If I cannot trust the service, no way would I trust the food & drink. P.S. I did call to report her attitude, they did not return the call. š

Done coming to this location itās always an issue. Twice Iāve ordered a nitro cold brew and it was given to me with ice - I told the girl it never comes with ice and she pushed back telling me I didnāt order it without ice. Itās literally not even an option on the app because it should never come with it. Iāve also ordered things multiple times and gotten to pick up to find theyāre out of stock and they couldnāt refund me and I had to call. 0/5 learn your drinks there arenāt that many.

Ordered 2 macchiatos, neither was hot it was warm at best. No one was in line it was middle of the day and i got served old and cold coffee. No one likes paying 6 bucks for old and cold coffee. I ended up throwing it out.

Very unwelcoming, uncomfortable establishment. 9/13/25 I walked in and waited at the register for 10minutes (why did I wait that long?, I know!!) while all the workers were playing dumb as if they didnāt see me waiting. ( they all made eye contact with me) Not one word came out of their mouth. (They were not even busy, female at coffee station couldāve definitely took my order, Iāve worked at Dunkin before I know how it works) But Very weird establishment and workers. If you donāt like your job please get a new one. šš¼
