Firehouse Subs Oak Lawn

After trying 2-3 different subs. The service is fast but the sandwiches are just horrible. It taste is just lots of salt on their meats and the bread just doesn’t have a good flavor! I won’t be eating firehouse ever again.

Sunday staff was a pleasure to work with. Very friendly, patient and knowledgeable.

These people need a lesson in Customer Service. Never said "Thank You" or "Have a nice day". The sandwiches were not made to what the picture looked like on the website. Last time we will be getting sandwiches from here.

Use to be a favorite spot of mine... Don't get a small sandwich, it'll be all bread! This was suppose to be a small New York Steamer...I even asked a worker and manager and they did not help or make things better! Was told only 2oz of meat goes on it...Don't waste your money!

As a military vet, I planned to try one of your sandwiches today, but when I arrived, there was a sign saying you closed at 4pm. I called your store a few times today in order to find out if there was a time frame or if there was a promotion and no one ever answered. Thanks for having a promotion for use vet, but please do a better job of executing that promotion in the future. 4pm isn't even enough time to get there after working. Some of use veterans still work normal 9am - 5pm jobs.
