Stopped in after an early appointment and was happy I did. The service and atmosphere were excellent. I was greeted cheerfully upon entering and immediately seated. I ordered coffee followed by a skillet that I customized a bit. It came out exactly as ordered. The seasoning was a bit lacking for my taste buds but nothing a little salt and pepper didn't address. The portions were substantial and I left happy and full with leftovers.
Great food at a decent price. Had a great waitres! London took our order quickly and serve us right away. She was friendly with a pretty smile. Thank you for such a qualified person. The bathroom was nice, clean, smelled good, and had plenty of paper products. The towel dispenser was at the right height.

My mom and I are regulars. This is the best place to go for breakfast and lunch. They have a wide array of menu choices and the best waitstaff ever. The food does not disappoint. It can be a bit pricey, but it is worth it. The chicken tortilla soup, chicken noodle soup, the pacific salad, the chicken pita sandwich, the burgers, the stuffed french toast and any kind of crepe they offer are not to be missed.

Give flapjacks a visit with family. Best coffee in Evergreen Park. The food is...OK. Their waffles are a highlight. The staff is nice and they met all our needs. :-)

*Not Good* almost every aspect of my experience here was bad! Took a long time for our waitress to even come to our table, food came out super fast and not good. Pancakes that were doughy and under cooked, bacon that was like flabby rubber bands with a very bad artificial smoke flavor to them and toast that wasn’t even toasted all the way, basically buttering bread. Definitely not worth over $40 for 2 people. Shameful.

First time coming here & they have BEEF BACON !! They sold me on the menu when they launched the new item . Most places don’t serve beef bacon or turkey most times so this was definitely a win win !
