It's in the name, here they are all about bagels. First steps in, you get a classic deli vibe but are greeted with a couple of glass cabinets displaying over a dozen types of bagels all made in-house. You can order just bagels, or allow them to make sandwiches from them, with the bonus of them being toasted or not. They also have a fridge at the front where they sell their custom cream cheese spreads in small containers. The price is rather fair for the height of the sandwiches themselves, but it's ultimately up to you of what kind of bagel you want and how you want.

Seriously a terrible establishment. I stopped going in-person, because the customer service is always sub par and everyone looks like they hate being there. Today, I ordered through Uber eats and almost everything about the order was wrong. When I call to confirm whether the things I ordered were actually out of stock (and if so, why they decided not to contact me about the replacements they decided to add), all I got was a runaround, a couple people asking me my name and ultimately telling me to go through Uber to lodge a complaint. It was clear as day that the staff could care less about the money and time wasted and so this business will receive no further support from me.

The level of customer service at this location has gone down in the last year and it’s sad.
My mom and I used to come here 3-4 times a week last summer and fall for our bagels and everyone used to be so nice.
Lately, and especially today, it’s proven that they don’t care about how they treat their customers. The last 4 times I’ve been served by the young man with black hair and glasses, and every time he’s been excessively rude and dismissive.
Today my mom asked him if they were going to make more chocolate chip bagels because they were out, and it was only 9:30, and she was told “We’re out for the day and won’t make more” then went back to gossiping with the other workers before asking us if we wanted to try a different flavor.
When we asked one of the older workers if any more were going to be made, we got told it would be an hour and to come back for fresh ones.
Sad that this location will lie to their customers instead of asking a coworker to see if they would be making more.

Love this bagel and chive cream cheese. I didn't realize this store was here. I always get my bagel when I fly out of ORD, so now this location may be a problem for me, a big fat one lol.

Only went in a couple of times first time not courteous but got food and left following time really nasty older white women really nasty attitude then spoke with so owner told him how rude she was and he looked at me as it was ok no sorry nothing glad to know there bias will never step foot in there again

I’ve never had people be more rude than I did today. From the moment I walked in - Cheryl, the cashier, was eyeing me down and giving me dirty looks. Maybe she has a problem with women who have tattoos? I said hi to the girls behind the counter to be ignored. I took my son to the fridge to look at the various cream cheeses available and it was like I was inconveniencing the girls for not hurrying up and ordering even though there was no one waiting to order behind me. Then I go to check out with Cheryl - and I’m trying to tell her what I ordered because she made sure to let me know that my name wasn’t on her screen. And she shoves her finger in my face in the middle of me talking and then tells me in an incredibly snotty way - that a bakers dozen is so different from a bundle. Like I was trying to steal from you people. I’ve never been treated so poorly. Even my 10 year old son was like why was everyone so rude to us when we left. Learn how to deal with everyone - not just people that look how you think they should.

Great Bagels, but I hope they toasting them without asking for.... that's all

We pick up some yummy bagels from here once in a while and love the cream cheese too! Always friendly and place is clean and organized. The place always seems to have a steady flow of customers too.
