The food is starting to slip. The bread is soggy by the time you get to the car. I don’t believe they bake it anymore

Get better employees! The women there act like they were bothered to take out order. I felt like i was interrupting. I repeated so many times what i wanted and they wanted it their way. Gave me the incorrect size (more expensive btw) i didn’t say nothing w.e. So much attitude. I was my first tome here.

Usually pretty good but this time around they didn’t give my gram and my wife their sandwiches correctly. When asked about it the lady responded I personally packed that order so I know it was correct”, But it wasn’t. and said oh well because they can’t drive to show the food to them. The food was packed weirdly, As well. We should be able to trust that the food is correct and not have to look at other half of the sandwich split and not properly put together. One half for her and her gram in the same bag and the other bag the same. . It didn’t have pickle on one and asked for no lettuce on one. Made wrong but the manager insists it was. Didn’t get the extra sauces either. My wife can’t have onions because it creates acid which causes heart burn for her. She has a condition.
Please read the notes. That’s good service. Good customer service is giving what the customer asks for and wants on their food.also very rude on phone from the start. The manager claims she did the sandwiches and claims that they were absolutely correct. My wife Asked for one with no onion and it had onion. The other one was bone dry. No oil on the side. Had lettuce where it wasn’t supposed to.My whole family got upset over it because of this. They had ordered it for delivery. The policy should offer exceptions for people with disabilities and seniors. Also didn’t know it was gonna be through door dash otherwise we would have ordered through uber eats so when it’s wrong it can get either refunded or fixed. Just overall very sad experience this time and hope that Jersey does better in the future. Also it’s bad form to call a customer a liar. Or to say that they don't want to resent it out to liars. “Not that you’re a liar”. Overall felt gas lit. Was rude on phone. Hoping it is better in future.

Wonderful service and the portabella sandwich was was fantastic.
I ordered food for delivery and my order is not right. I called multiple times no one picked up the phone. I wouldn’t even be upset if someone answered the phone, I just want the sandwich made right.

I occasionally drive by Jersey Mikes on 95 th St in Oak Lawn, when you drive by you ask yourself is that place busy? So today I decided to park in back and I walked in at 1230 pm it was slammed , now I know why , the sandwiches are 5 star and the service also!!! Kudos to the employee making the sandwiches, as busy as it was they were friendly calm and cool! The employee has some arm tats and I’m only saying that so their recognized by management, 200% will be back!!!!!!
