I occasionally drive by Jersey Mikes on 95 th St in Oak Lawn, when you drive by you ask yourself is that place busy? So today I decided to park in back and I walked in at 1230 pm it was slammed , now I know why , the sandwiches are 5 star and the service also!!! Kudos to the employee making the sandwiches, as busy as it was they were friendly calm and cool! The employee has some arm tats and I’m only saying that so their recognized by management, 200% will be back!!!!!!

Wheelchair accessibility: Well I been in a wheelchair for almost 20 yrs now and when ever I try to open the doors, every single time I go there someone is at the door opening it for me. And believe me that much respect they will always be ah 10 star restaurant in my book .

Had a great experience the other day. Did not catch the name of the cashier but personally asked the names of the people making my sandwich, which was Josh and Brittany I believe. Had nothing but the best service from every employee, especially from the people on the line making my sandwich. Shoutout to everyone, especially those two.
I love Jersey Mikes, I really do, but I usually order from the Orland Park store while at work. The Oak Lawn store is sub-par to Orland. We ordered for dinner and they forgot a WHOLE sandwich in the order (there were literally 5 items in this order)and then told me they couldn’t do anything about it. Refund requested, sandwich reordered, an hour later and everyone has food. Do better.

I placed a pickup order which was supposed to be a 10 minute waited 10 minutes clocked out to get here my order was not ready they said it was supposed to be ready at 5:45pm so what’s the purpose for calling in to order not to mention they didn’t even welcome us when we walked in so I missed my lunch break and couldn’t even eat my sandwich
