My child's grandmother ordered from this location for my son's birthday through doordash. The box was not tamper sealed. I will probably get thee same automated response as everyone else. Before I came on here, I tried calling and I did did try contacting them online. All I was told is that it would be shared with the owner. A big circle of BS.

Ordered a Krispy Kreme order on the app. Arrived to pick up and no one was at the stand to take care of me. Location showed open but it wasn’t opened. I was charged for my order, was not given the opportunity to cancel at location.

Ordered a dozen doughnuts on Uber eats thinking there the real fresh Krispy Kreme doughnuts. Doughnuts are stale, tasting like they’ve been sitting for days. Very disappointed. Found out this place is not a real Krispy Kreme location. It’s in an Amazon fresh store and are anything but fresh!

They have a promotion , but when they delivered donuts 🍩 very old and they give you the worst the donuts nobody like .

The doughnuts here are fantastic, but what's even better is the service, especially by sweet Gail. There might be no person more helpful and kind. She makes our visits here extra special. But I do highly recommend the cream-filled chocolate glaze doughnuts.😄

I purchased a gift card for my mother and she has tried to use it multiple times at different locations. Every time the stores say they cannot process a gift card. I have contacted Krispy Kreme multiple times over the last month trying to get the issue resolved and no one has ever reached back out. Poor customer service.

This location is inside of an Amazon fresh . Because to no surprise Krispy Kreme is on its last legs as a business. I will say thr quality will always be better than dunkin but these donuts are not made fresh to order anymore which was the whole gimmick .. higher price for fresher product but now it's higher price for product that was made sometime that day (hopefully). I was the only customer to approach this kiosk for a mobile order and the lady didn't speak to me. I had to ask her for service and she just pointed at a shelf at the right.
