The doughnuts here are fantastic, but what's even better is the service, especially by sweet Gail. There might be no person more helpful and kind. She makes our visits here extra special. But I do highly recommend the cream-filled chocolate glaze doughnuts.😄

I purchased a gift card for my mother and she has tried to use it multiple times at different locations. Every time the stores say they cannot process a gift card. I have contacted Krispy Kreme multiple times over the last month trying to get the issue resolved and no one has ever reached back out. Poor customer service.

This location is inside of an Amazon fresh . Because to no surprise Krispy Kreme is on its last legs as a business. I will say thr quality will always be better than dunkin but these donuts are not made fresh to order anymore which was the whole gimmick .. higher price for fresher product but now it's higher price for product that was made sometime that day (hopefully). I was the only customer to approach this kiosk for a mobile order and the lady didn't speak to me. I had to ask her for service and she just pointed at a shelf at the right.

I had a disappointing experience at this store. The cashier responded harshly and seemed irritated, which made the interaction very uncomfortable. I hope the staff can be trained to provide better customer service.

I love Krispy Kreme Doughnuts! I am a regular drive through customer.
However, I am not coming back. Angel was my "host" at the Troy, Michigan location on west 14 Mile Rd.
She has taken my order at the drive through dozens of times. Here's my point.
#1 Her voice is so soft and quiet that no one could possibly hear her. Please give her another role.
#2 Angel shows absolutely no interest or concern regarding customer service. She couldn't care less.
#3 No napkin with my donuts. I waved repeatedly at the drive through window trying to get her or any employee to notice me. They did look right at me and ignored me. I finally did receive 2 napkins because I wouldn't drive away without them.
My suggestion. Krispy Kreme needs "undercover" customers to verify the horrible customer service at this location.

The manager at the Krispy Kreme in North Wales, PA had two young boys today waiting to speak to the manager because a call was made yesterday that they were hiring. The manager walked back and forth never acknowledging them or saying I appreciate your time, I’ll be right there. This would have been my son’s first interview, he was nervous.
My son ended up just leaving, confused. All employees in that store look miserable, I told him it was probably for the better.

you don’t get the best donut in Krispy Kreme, especially when it comes out of the oven. It is the best taste. The coffee is top-notch. I come here every other day before I go to work and it seems like every time I come here I’m happy they get a lot of energy great place

The African American woman that works there always has an attitude. She doesn’t greet the customers properly and if you ask her anything she replies rudely and rolls her eyes. Definitely very upset.
I guess I expected more ....creme it custard donuts was scant and I brought 1 to my husband and he said the same. I bought donuts variety pack 2 dozen for work colleagues AND overall the glazed were bragged about. Sorry I think my expectations were high. Bummer 🍩

Unprofessional employees, very rude staff. The employee was very insulting after half way through the order the lady said "to pull around"(not asking if we would like anything else) we let her know we were not done ordering. A man claiming to be the manager after taking payment yelled at my mother "to never treat his employees that way again that she was rude". Very confused by this insult we then asked if he was the manager and he said "do you want to speak to the manager" walked away came back and said "Hi, I'm the manager" the most unprofessional interaction I've seen, we then asked his name to which he replied "none of your business" (we hear his name is Roger).. Customer service at it's finest. 🤦🏼♀️
