This place always messes up your order or gives outright gives you a different item than your ordered. When you ask why they gave you the wrong item they say they ran out of the chosen item. You bring up the price difference and they say they cant refund you the difference. Lines are long here and the staff is not helpful at all.

There's no breading in the middle its so thin and soggy.. Everyone that works there acts so ignorant and ghetto ..and you see them goofing off in the back as they let a line form ..The Chicago locations are actually way better ..Get a new staff asap! I would give it 0 stars if possible

Every time they tell you your pizza will be ready in 10 minutes it will usually mean 30 to 40 minutes. Plan to get your pizza with time because you will have to wait.
