My family of 8 went there on a Friday and it was not crowded but we were told it was a thirty minute wait but it was 45 minutes before getting seated. Then when we waited another 20-25 minutes for a waiter to greet us and bring water, bread etc. After we placed our order and got our food we were satisfied and food was very good. 😋

I recently opted for a curbside pick-up from LongHorn Steakhouse, and I had high expectations given its reputation. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
I ordered the chopped steak, but when I got home, I discovered that it was overcooked. As I was on a tight schedule, I didn't have the time to return and wait for a properly cooked steak. This oversight really detracted from my meal, as I had been looking forward to a tender and juicy steak, cooked to my preference.
While the sides were decent and the pickup process was smooth, the main attraction fell short. It's crucial for a steakhouse to get their steak right, and in this instance, it missed the mark.
In summary, my curbside pick-up experience at LongHorn Steakhouse was underwhelming due to the overcooked steak. While the convenience of curbside pick-up and the quality of the sides were satisfactory, the key component of my meal was not up to par. I hope this was just an isolated incident and that others have a better dining experience.

Visited the Oak Lawn location on February 22, 2025. Had a meal and service. There was a large party at the restaurant as well. They were very well mannered and we all sang happy birthday to their guest of honor. As they were leaving, one of their guest with Austism had a mild melt-down. They handled the situation immediately and as best as they could. The manager however told them to leave. They apologized and explained the situation, however, she said she didn't care and just leave. Diana, showed no empathy for the situation and was very rude. I will not be returning to that location.

Food was amazing but holy shit did I almost have multiple panic attacks here and my anxiety through the roof.. There must have been 3 birthdays that evening and kids yelling and running around.... I thought I was going to have a nice somewhat quiet evening with a ribeye and it felt like I was at Dave and Buster's or Chuck e cheeses. Everywhere around me was loud AF .... Thank God for my awesome server and delicious food because I honestly felt like I was in the 6th circle of hell. I don't think I'll come back unless by some odd choice the powers that be do not allow children there anymore. Again.... Great service and food and even tho it was a full house on a weekday I was sat in my seat rather quickly ( about 20-25 minutes ) this place was a madhouse.

Did a curbside pickup and ordered the mixed salad and the Caesar salad as one of the sides. TELL ME WHY THESE PEOPLE PUT ONLY lettuce IN THE CONTAINERS? NEVER AGAIN. THERE WAS WAAAY TOO MANY PEOPLE IN THERE TO BEGIN WITH SO I KNEW SOMETHING WAS GOING TO BE MESSED UP SAD TO SAY. NOT GOING BACK! Also tried to call was on hold for over 15 mins!

A cheap steak dinner. Chicago is known for our gr8 steaks. If you like a good steak & traditional dark cozy warm oakwood atmosphere. You can't beat what Longhorn has2 offer.
It was a little wait but considering how we save 44 mins of time it was very worth the food here.

Food was really good at this location and the wait was kind of long but definitely worth it. The employees are very nice and wonderful towards the customers. This location is very busy especially during the weekends so be ready to wait or come in early in the afternoon.
I am very disappointed with the service and food at this location. Longhorn is always our go-to, but this location was terrible. Starting with the person that seats you. He did not say one word when we walked in just proceeded to grab menus and seat us. The restaurant itself was filthy , garbage all over the floor mind you it was not busy during the time we went. The food was cold , and the taste was not good at all . We always order the same thing at other locations, but the flavor was different and not good at all. Will not be returning to this location.

This was my first time ever at long horn. I had an unbelievable experience! Everything was OUTSTANDING! Every dish brought to the table was superb! Everything was delicious! Our wait was minimal and the service provided by Lou was unmatched! Her attention to detail was GREAT! we really enjoyed every part of our vist! We will definitely be back! As I looked around I noticed everyone from the hostess to the manager was constantly attending to all the patrons needs! In a day when service can be so subpar, it's refreshing to know that there's a restaurant that still provides A1 service! Great job Longhorn on 95th and a huge thank you to Lou for making our experience unforgettable!
