If I could zero stars I would. Came in at about 4:30 to get my son a happy meal and a frozen coke ordered at the kiosk since no one was up front. The kiosk didn’t print off the receipt. While waiting the 25 minutes who I assume was the manager just sat on her phone in front of the fry station area. The one girl working was sitting arguing with the lady that was there to pick up 2 door dash orders. Once she was done (after about 20 minutes of waiting) I asked how long on my order and asking seemed to be a huge inconvenience to her life. There was a couple waiting as well and she called out the order. She handed her a large iced coffee. When the lady asked to make sure which one it was because it was supposed to be no ice (the drink had ice)the girl didn’t seem to know what it was she was handing out. Now we’re at about 30 minutes (they have a sign that said you can not loiter for more than 30) I asked the girl if she could print off my receipt and she sat there and looked around and said she couldn’t. Ok cool what ever I just wanna go. Get to the car and my straws are broken. So run back inside and the girl was trying to take an order and just kept saying what, what, what. There were no straws by the pop machine so sitting there waiting for her to complete the order so I can just get some straws. I just can’t comprehend how it takes 30 minutes to get a happy meal. Mind blown.

Very rude staff. Placed a mobile order and sat in the drive thru for half an hour just for my order to be wrong and not even getting straws for our drinks. Cold unseasoned fries and can almost never get an order right 1st try.
