Soooooo....my rating is based off the food only! I ordered a sausage biscuit and Hashbrown. It was peak breakfast hours so imagine my surprise to get a brick for a biscuit and cold Hashbrown! Even after requesting cooked to order. I was starving so I ate it anyways.I had to get started with my hustle and wanted something on my stomach.

I come here and they put sour curdled cream in the coffee. It looks like mayo floating on the top. It’s absolutely disgusting and I’m sure many customers drink coffee like this not even knowing. When I ask for creams on the side the employees are super rude about it. Do better McDonald’s.

There was an order issue with checking in. I went inside and waited for several minutes; they seemed busy. I pulled aside the cashier to show that the order went through, but it wouldn't let me check in for curbside. They spoke to their team lead, who said the order wasn't there and just stood there and said I don't know what you want me to do. I already spoke to them. I showed them all the order, and several of the employees stood around after grabbing my phone, pressing buttons, and saying, "I don't know why it won't check in the order; the manager eventually got involved, found and reprinted the order, and had them put everything Upon arriving home (less than a mile away), I found much of the food already cold; the hash browns were greasy, not crispy, and unseasoned. The quality was relatively poor all around. No one apologized for the issues experienced, and all seemed unbothered by the situation. I will not be going here again.

I gave 1 star because I could not leave zero stars. I sat in in 1 drive thru line with no one talking to me ,while they helped 3 cars in the other line. I drove around to the window , and they wouldn't take my order there . Was told to go to the next window . So I left and went to Pluto's just down the street . They were happy to take my order .

They want a raise, but the morning manager can't even get the orders right. Man this guy is cheap you would think he gets a raise for every HASHBROWN he forgets. Wouldn't even give me another one cheapskate.

The manager in the morning sucks. This guy knows they forgot an item, and wants me to drive a hour back for the single item. I asked, well can you atleast throw in a fry or drink ?? He refused. I've worked at McDonald's for 5 years come on dude you throw away 20 of them a hour

The ice cream machine wasn't working again. My daughter was able to get a smoothie, but it seems like the ice cream machine is broken every other week.

I went through the drive through today. I ordered a filet of fish meal and a hamburger (for my dog). Paid at the window. Was told at the pick up window that I had to pull ahead to the window where they make you wait forever. A very confused worker tried to give me someone else's very large order first. He opened the window several times to ask me questions, still very confused. Then he gave me a soda, a fish sandwich and a hamburger and closed the window. I honked and when he came back told him they forgot my fries. Many minutes and several confused window openings later another worker (long haired, messy) came to tell me I didn't pay for fries. I told him I ordered the meal and showed him the drink. They continued to argue with me and another worker (girl now) joined in saying now I didn't pay for the fries. I told them I just want what I ordered - a fish meal and a hamburger for my dog. About 15 minutes now have gone by, I still don't have what I ordered. Finally they said I could pay for the fry separately. I said how much. All three chime in and tell me $3.52. I am shocked. For a Fry?!!!! I wanted the meal. Certainly, I am now getting ripped off. I say no and ask for a refund. They oblige, now all laughing at me. I try to explain that a meal combo is cheaper and ask why should I pay extra for a fry when I ordered a meal. The one with the long hair tells the other worker to close the window in my face, which he does, while they continue to speak poorly of me. I park and go in and ask for a manager. I get Donald, the assistant manager who says the store manager is on a very important phone call. I tell Donald what happened while the three workers I had dealt with all were snickering in the background. Donald doesn't help at all. He offers me no resolution and says he cannot chastise his workers at this time. So, I spent about a half hour of my busy day at McDonald's being frustrated and angry and left without any food and the poor quality employees that McDonald's hires are allowed to treat a paying customer with out and out rudeness, without any consequences. I cannot believe the world has come to this. I have lived in the area for over 25 years and have been to this McDonald's hundreds of times, more often than not dissatisfied. However, today was the last straw. Never again will I open myself up to being treated so poorly. I will spread the word and based on the reviews I see of this McDonald's I will not be the only one to never frequent this store again.
