The 1/3 Angus burger was good, but the grilled chicken sandwich was really dry. The two sandwiches were $20.85. The food wasn't good enough for me to come back any time soon.

The shake I ordered was good but the chicken tenders were extremely small. I added a photo with a chap stick for scale. For the price I could've went to another spot closer and gotten 1 tender bigger than the 4 I ordered. They were also overcooked, dry and stringy. The seasoning wasn't bad but I was very disappointed.

Terrible experience-bad enough to write this review. Friday night, we pulled up to this location at 8:20pm. My son walked up to the door to see if they were open. The sign said 9pm and the door was unlocked. As he came back to the car to get the rest of the family, the two ladies working in the kitchen watched what he was doing. The five of us then walked into the restaurant. The two said ladies shouted to a girl sitting in the dining room that she had customers. The girl came to the register and as we started giving her our order, she said the register was broken. As we stood there, she then told us “besides, we close at 8:30”. They clearly did not want to cook for us that late at night. On our way out the door, I told them that if they didn’t want us there, they should have locked the door rather than allowing him to come back with the whole family. She then locked the door after we left.

What a disappointment!!!! You advertise fresh cut fries ? on your website. Definitely not fresh cut fries. I asked the woman at the counter that gave us our food if the were fresh or frozen. She said frozen. How can you lie to people

Trash, I order the Nashville chicken sandwich the breading fell off the first bite , which then left the chicken , naked without any seasoning a total waste , I m so disappointed by the picture of the sandwich the veggie had more taste

Below is my story about this storeMy experience here is amazing because of one of the ladies who works there made everyone smile, the first time I walked in.I got chipotle(next door), but my lady wanted a burger, so that's why I went into Meatheads. Order my food, whatever, sit down with my drinks to wait.Now there's a couple with a 6, 7 yr old boy and as he's leaving he wants to hand in his burger coloring page. There's a wall filled with them if you go in.Now comes the woman who makes that place great. She's an African American woman with a slight, but beautiful, gap in her smile, you've probably met here there yourself. She made this kid feel like a superstar for his picture and made everyone laugh with her kindness. Within just a few moments she showed more respect and knowledge to that young man then most teachers do in a year.I go back every now and again and she treats every kid like they're someone unique special and a pleasure to meet.Today Aug 11, I stopped in with my own son after a dentist appointment and she got to chatting him up so sweetly, that it was infectious. The good vibes were flowing and as we're walking out he said that she may have been the nicest lady he's ever met and now she's his friend.Go there for the food and stay for that damn amazing woman who makes the whole experience better

Not the usual experience. The point scanner is not working, so we couldn't add current order to our point total (again) cashier definitely let us know she had other things she would rather tend to. Both Coke Lifestyle machines gone and regular machine was not working. Not our best Meatheads experience, and we really liked this place. I miss the friendly people and great service. I admit it felt like this one is getting ready to close for good. This is truly a shame. Pre-covid we were monthly regulars here.

Most overrated overpriced fast food joint ever. A salad and burger and a couple drinks should never cost almost $50 bucks. They should change the name to Gougers! Never again
If you order online/phone add 20 minutes to the time given to you. You may still show up and the food will not be ready. It's weird because every time I go the place is DEAD. Staff doesnt seem to care. Also A bit pricey for the amount of food you get. I would not come back but my 2 infants really like their chicken tenders.

Disappointing. When Meatheads first opened, the burgers were delicious and juicy. Today, the burger I ate may as well have been cardboard with lettuce and tomato on a bun. The drinks were flat, the tea tasted old and the water was tinged red from fruit juice. I don't think I'll be back again.

They are asking for a vaccine card and mask But the employee's special the one's working at the kitchen they don't even wearing a mask!!!! Seriously? I ask for extra jalapeños and bbq and was no jalapeños ....meatheads now is lowheads nothing like 3- 4 yrs ago I want a refund!!!!

I had a horrible experience. I should of known when I called to place my order and was put on hold for 10 min that I should of just hung up. I get there to pick up my food and at first they couldn’t find my order then they said oh wait we have to redo that order. I go outside to wait for 10 minutes go back in and have to wait longer. I finally get my order I get home my fries tasted like they were microwaved the cheese sauce was hard. I asked for my burgers well done they were still pink and cold I didn’t want grilled onions on there and they were all over the bottom of the box was full of grease. I understand everyone is short staffed right now I don’t mind waiting as long as the quality is worth it. This $30 dinner went right in the garbage. I Will not be going back. Very disappointed ☹️
