I was disappointed with my recent visit. The food tasted old, as if it had been sitting out too long, and it lacked the freshness I’ve come to expect. The flavors were flat, and the quality didn’t match the usual standard. I hope the restaurant pays closer attention to food freshness moving forward.

The Service is pretty bad. One of the cashiers/food prep guy was not friendly at all. He wanted to charge me for sauce that I asked for on the side. I ordered Fries and Falafel and a bowl and a sandwich but he thought it was appropriate to charge me extra for my sauce on the side. I ordered the bowl with no sauces on top. I argued back and forth with him in regards to charging me extra for sauce then another employee stepped in and finally did not charge me for the sauce. Where is the standards of this place. Naf Naf Grill used to be good.

I am in Chicago and decided to try Naf Naf Middle Eastern Grill. I got a Chicken Shawarma pita. The pita is super small but thought they would pack in the shawarma and the guy who made it was very stingy with how much he put in. For an $11 sandwich, I thought this was weak and was disappointed and not impressed at all. I am from Metro Detroit where Middle Eastern Restaurants are everywhere and this doesn't hold a candle to any of them. I don't recommend this place.

I had a steak bowl, it was great. The steak was so tender and soft! Over all staff was great and the place was clean. See you guys soon!

I’ve had it before downtown and I thought it was gonna be the same experience not at all and not only was the rice very dry. There was no flavor to it. The chicken was overcooked. The hummus was OK but in general, I would definitely not spend $31 there again for the price of the food the amount was not worth it. I do not recommend this one. I was very disappointed in the service. I was very disappointed and the food all around. It’s sad and.

Colorful, fresh food. The people can’t hear me ordering over the fan which is frustrating.

Naf Naf has been my favorite spot for Mediterranean food for a long time. The flavors, the portions, the atmosphere—everything about it made it a go-to place for me and I’ve brought several people here over the years.

Unfortunately, today will likely be my last visit unless a serious hygiene issue is addressed. On multiple occasions I’ve seen a worker with curly hair who seems to both prepare and serve the food with sweat visibly dripping down his face as he works. I understand kitchens can get hot, but watching sweat run down someone’s face while they handle food is genuinely upsetting and concerning from a health perspective. It’s not just unappetizing, it’s potentially unsanitary.

If this changes I’d be happy to return. I’m posting this in hopes that the business takes it seriously and that other customers remain observant as well. I truly hope the team finds a way to correct this because the food and location deserve better.

I like the food, my 4yo son does too which is great, but there's always an issue. the seating area/soft drink area is dirty, the staff is not very friendly. I often do order pickup and there are usually issues with the website (larger company issue) and when I use rewards for a free soft drink, it often isn't on my order and they just shrug their shoulders at me. Not a huge deal, but its annoying.

This food was trash it was cold I asked the guy several times if it was hot even after I got the steak and watched the guy grill it the meat was still cold on the inside the customer service was absent they were so rude and did not make eye contact and did not want to answer any questions they didn’t greet me at all. The rice was uncovered and the chicken was cold and dry. I never had naf naf and this was a horrible 1st experience and it’s definitely the last the woman was so rude and unwilling to help as if I was inconveniencing them… next time I go into an establishment and there’s no customers I will take that as a sign. Ugh. Naf naf suck!!!
