I visit this location quite often, and have Never had a problem until this past week. I ordered my bowl on Saturday evening, Took it home and put it in the refrigerator to take to lunch for Monday. Well, needless to say, my bowl had spoiled within a days time. I called the restaurant on Monday and was told there was no supervisor or manager. I called the restaurant on Tuesday and was told the same thing I went to the restaurant on Wednesday and was told There was nothing they could do and they were very rude. How are you an establishment and don’t have a supervisor or manager in case problems arise, and you don’t know how to solve them yourselves. All I ask for was a replacement bowl and they would not accommodate that for me. I will never eat at this place again. I will go out of my way if I ever want Naf Naf again. Worst employees and customer service ever!! Just pissed me off!!

Friday Was My First Time Eating From Naf Naf Grill, I Ordered A Chicken Shawarma Bowl With Extra Steak . Everything N The Bowl Was Delicious, But The Steak . The Steak Was Chewy , Did Not Like That Experience.Will Not Order Steak Again.?

The food is great the service is not. The woman (Indian) who prepared our food did not understand nor speak English well. After repeating or order several times we moved on to pay. That's when the problem happened and caused my card to be flagged for from because this woman was too preoccupied to help me with the device. Tapping the card was not working properly and I asked for help. She did not so much so that she rudely asked did I even have money for the food. I did and I was completely offended. My sister who I was taking to lunch paid for our lunch. Had my sister not wanted this food after her comment I would have left the restaurant and the food. It was bad service. It took days for my card to get straight. As much as I like their food I will not return. I not only want good food I want good service.

I've been to this location several times and there is a lack of consistency when food is served. One visit the food maybe piled high and appealing to the eye, the next time the server may be counting the grains of rice. Today, I ordered a Build your Plate for $12.95 and the rice and veggies did not cover the bottom of the plate. But the final straw....I found a long strain of black hair in my mouth that had been embedded in the food. Thus an entire $13 plate was tossed. A manager could not be reached and the person I spoke with did not speak English well enough to communicate.

The food is good, however, the windows are dirty, and the glass cases over the food are unclean. It makes you question how the food hygiene is in this restaurant. The service is ok nothing. I would feel better eating here if they maintained to environment to a higher standard.
This is a poor Israeli knockoff of Levantine food.

Delicious with fresh veggies and tender, juicy steak. I ordered the Chicken Shawarma Platter and added steak. Reasonably priced menu, pleasant personnel, and within a clean/comfortable environment.Will definitely return regularly!

Let me start by saying that the quality and service here has improved drastically over the past couple months. If you are here in the past and didn't care for it, give it another chance. The employees are different from before so I am sure that has alot to do with it. The ones from before would barely make eye contact with you and would give you cold food. Now, they don't skimp out on portions and they food taste more fresh. They have new sauces and the potato "fries" are to die for! The food is even better as soon as they open obviously but just had some before they closed and it was still delicious and satisfying. This is out go to for a quick lunch since they are fast and well priced for the amount of food you get. Thank you for caring and lifting this business back up!
