My first visit and I just love this place already. I didn't expect all of the additional items they have besides the cakes and now they have bundtinies which are so cute. I bought 7 flavors to share with my family and so far Noone is disappointed- Lemon, white chocolate rasberry, chocolate chocolate chip, cookies and cream, biscotti cookie butter, strawberries and cream and red velvet. Definitely will be back so check out the different gift ideas they have.

OMG!!! Not only is the cake delicious the customer service at the Oak Lawn location is top notch. I received the best service here yesterday and I am blown away by how effective and efficient this business is run. Literally spent $56 getting cupcakes and cakes as a thank you gift and when I asked for them to put it in a bag, they don’t have any, and I also asked for tamper proof stickers on the side and they refused. “They can’t do that.” Seriously? I spent $56, how much do the stupid tamper proof stickers cost? So that’s $32 in cupcakes going in the literal garbage because I can’t guarantee they aren’t tampered with.
I love the brand, but avoid the Oak Lawn location like the plague, the owner is the absolute worst and unfortunately this is ANY time I stop in here. Go to Elmhurst or order elsewhere. This store, I’m sure they don’t care, won’t get another cent of my money.

Ordered a dozen buntinis and they didn't have frosting on them. Extremely disappointed as these were a birthday gift for someone. The box was sealed, so it wasn't discovered until we were at the party.

The store had an unpleasant smell. Paid $38 for a lemon cake, which had the same fake/cardboard smell and below average taste. Would not buy again.
You had a lady at advocate Christ hospital today representing your store selling cakes, and she has such a horrible attitude. How can someone so bitter, be selling something so sweet! You ask her a question and she answers with such a bad attitude, you'd swear I asked her to loan me some money or something!!

I purchased the pineapple upside down cake, and it was very disappointing! Also, it is higher than the other cakes.It lacked the flavor that I expected from a pineapple upside cake! Just because you place a pineapple ring and some cherries on a cake does not constitute a pineapple upside down cake. 👎

ACCESSIBILITY REVIEW: There are several handicap parking spaces steps from the door. The sidewalk at the front door is narrow, and there are no automatic doors. The lobby of the store is tight but I was able to fully navigate it with a rollator. Staff was incredibly friendly and kind. Products are displayed at lower levels and the checkout counter was lower. It was easy to reach the credit card machine.
