Waited to be seated everything was fine until our waitress came. She was extremly rude and barely came to the table. She forgot 3 of the things we ordered and my food was cooked raw the fries were cold and she just had an attitude the whole time and charged us for all the things she forgot even though we never got it. And to top it off she wasn't even pretty like what's the point of going to hooters just to be looking at that

This may sound like a biased review because I absolutely love Hooters, however it's more to the point that Hooters never disappoints.
I'm from Indiana so I do laugh every business I see slot machines in, it's in Illinois thing but if you like to eat drink and gamble this place has it all
Never had bad service at Hooters they did not disappoint food was great service was great, it's why I choose Hooters it is always a consistent pleasant dining experience
Medium order of wings had no flavor, and were way too small.

Every time I come here to pick up food , the ladies tend to provide better service to men , they don’t seem to like women customers and also they seem aggravated for asking for missing items from your Own PAID pick up order. Maybe try to hide your emotions more and provide the same customer care for both women and men

Service was good, but seating at bar sucked because people were spacing out seating very unnecessarily, and legendary margarita was a little watery, but wings were fried the way I asked so that's a plus but still enjoyed the quick stop.
The fries were undercooked. We had to ask for silverware several times. It seemed only one person was working and the others were just standing around joking and laughing. At least they weren't on their phones.

This is alwaysa good sign " when its busy" As usual for a Friday night it was very busy. But our reservation was on time. The girls at the door greeted us and were very kind. Nina the manager was doing her rounds at the tables she came to make sure everything was okay.

Food has gotten absolutely horrible! The sauce for the wings: mango habanero was so bland, I asked for another sauce: honey Thai chili pepper and it was even worse. I will never come back to this location. I would rather travel to Portage Indiana where they take pride in their food.

Hostesses needs some training having their backs towards the guest entering was mind boggling being put on a wait when clearly tables are open and waitstaff standing around with arms folded made no sense to me seems like some more training should be done at this location
