my friend and I went to dinner today.when we arrived the waitress was very friendly. and he didn't say that he had to wait 30 minutes to be able to give us a table.Everything is going very well. Our waitress was Xiomara a very friendly person. The problem was that we waited more than 45 minutes for the food, when the.the restaurant is not so crowded. the problem is the mannager who is not aware of the cooks they spend at the bar talking to the waitresses, and watching their cell phone, and watching TV. then some ladies came and sat next to us and waited for more than a few hours and they didn't bring her what they ordered. Who preferred to leave cancel what they had ordered. I think the manager has a lot to do with that aspect. It was my first time there it was going to be my last time going to eat there. Of course, I have to say that the waitress Xiomara did a good job, it's not her fault. If you need any proof to show you that I went there, I have the receipt. If they don't want to lose customers, the cooks have to be in the kitchen, the manager has to keep an eye on everything. And not waiting for a client to leave to do their job.

This location is horrible I come here all the time me and my children are regular here use to have great service now the service suck at a all time high it's like they're hiring anybody now they take all day with food The seating is horrible.. I use to really loved this location but it's has fail me so many time I don't care to come here anymore at all. The manager use to be so good not anymore Something has to be done losing out on loyal Customers.. very sad😔 .

I really wanted to like this place, but the experience was pretty underwhelming. The food took a long time to come out, and it wasn’t busy. The wings were just okay. Our server was friendly but seemed distracted. She didn’t check in with us until the end. The atmosphere was fine.

The service here has been absolutely ridiculous. And that is putting it as nice as I can.I can not believe just to get water, it took nearly 25 minutes. No one even noticed we haven’t been attended to for that allotted time. After waiting to receive our drink one of alcoholic drinks was wrong. And it was BEER. We arrived at 4:15 and didn’t get served until 5:35. Shame on us for not walking out just for that alone. But here we are.. still waiting.. because as if the wait was good enough when we received our food it was COLD. We received our appetizer the same time we received our main course. Fried pickles COLD. Curly fries..COLD. We ordered 50 wings… guess what… COLD. The cherry on top you might wonder? When I went to the bathroom there was no toilet paper in the bathroom stall I was in. The servers were not smiling or greeting. They actually looked miserable to be there. Not one server did not make you feel welcome. Overall it was horrible service and horrible environment. I will not settle for this location again. Nor will I recommend to anyone craving wings.
I’ve been to this location plenty of times , it’s been a while since I’ve been here . Idk what happened we used to get great customer service and our food on time nice and hot . The place was not packed at all so I don’t get why our food was so cold . I ordered online and what was supposed to be ready in 28 minutes it took more than an hour. I wasn’t the only unpleased customer there. The girls did not know what was going on . This place changed a lot , maybe new management? Either way it’s unacceptable. Will not be coming back !
