Paisans Pizzeria - Oak Lawn

Missing a few items, they didn’t care. Told us just to come back or they wouldn’t do anything.

Very disappointed and doubt I'll return. Ordered a to go order and got home to a missed call that they gave me the wrong pizza. Instead of offering to deliver the correct one I was told I have to bring the wrong one back in order to get the correct one, and they kept the wrong order. So are they serving the one they sent home with me? Did they give someone my pizza and they brought it back? I don't know, they switched them out and walked away with no offer to make things right. We've been here several times but won't return after this.

Apparently, they don't make fresh slices after a certain time I think 2 or 4pm, so if you go after those hours and order a slice,they heat up in the oven what's been sitting there for hours. I've never heard of pizzeria doing this. Usually pizzas keep getting made for slices all day. Also this seems to be the trend with all their locations. I will still continue to go,because it is best to just order a whole pizza. But man, please make fresh slices all day geeeees!

Stopped in on a Monday night was pretty empty we were seated immediately with our menus the server didn’t give us a chance to look at the menu she immediately asked if we knew what we wanted without acknowledging that we just literally sat down. Two minutes later we hurried up and picked our order because she came back around to ask again. The appetizers are very bland they charged me 12 dollars for 6 wings that were very disgusting they had a really bad taste as is they were frost burned barley any sauce coating the apps tasted terrible and not worth the crazy price. Pizza was poorly made with toppings not even distributed definitely won’t come back here especially being that we were rushed out the door with the service and terrible food.

The staff is lovely, the decor is great and the overall vibe is good. Unfortunately, that's all the praise I have to offer.

I ordered the blackened salmon and a coke. The coke was flat. The sauce was nasty and congealing even as the server put it down. The asparagus was rubbery, there was only like half a tablespoon of guacamole for the whole plate, and the rice was salty for some reason. The only good thing on that plate was the salmon.

I might have been willing to give the place a second shot if it wasn't so expensive.

Nov 2024 we had the eggrolls and few different wing flavors . I tried the dikta dawg. Wow it's huge and tasty.
Nov 21st 2024 I tried the ape hanger. It's not meant for the meek. It's big, spicey hot.
