I recently picked up food on march 22nd and It was absolutely disgusting. It gave me mild food poisoning, the chow mein was definitely not fresh for some reason, the orange chicken was fine but the honey was walnut shrimp was the worst and I am pretty sure that is what got me sick. It had an odd smell to it but I didn’t think much of it at the time now I totally regret my decision. Do not get the honey walnut shrimp from here ever 👎I will not be coming back for a while or maybe not at all anymore

Why should a customer have to wait 10 minutes for a receipt to be printed for their order? That’s an unnecessary delay for something that should take a moment.

Service was terrible. Young lady up front had a terrible attitude. Asked was order for here or to go. I said for here and she hands me and my family of 4 about 10 plates and 10 forks aggressively. Said she gave us our order but never dod then asked to see the receipt to see what we ordered. Said noodles would be out in 5 min. Ended up waiting about 15 minutes for our food. Definitely wont be back

I placed a mobile order. The order was ready at the time that was estimated. When I got there I was greeted by staff right away and they showed me where to find my order.

Staff needs to wear gloves! They use the tongs but their finger tips still touches the noodles and they keep opening and closing the styrofoam trays
Great Panda, employees really hustle and are very pleasant

I’m not sure what’s wrong with this bench manager
She’s not smiley at all and you feel like you’re punishing her when you order something
I’m not sure if she’s not the right person to manage a place like this because she’s making everyone else around her the same
I’m not feeling welcome. They don’t smile it’s horrible.

Karson, Diana, and Adan are the perfect example of excellent customer service. I honestly don’t enjoy Panda Express anywhere else but this location. They are always consistent with quality, service, and respect, and it never disappoints. Because of them, this is the only Panda Express I choose to visit. Thank you!

I’ve been coming here for lunch about once a month because their veggie protien options are pretty good. I recently saw a review from a lady about this Panda location that was posted about three weeks ago, and it was full of lies. I know because I was actually there during the interaction she described.
In her review, she complains that the walnut shrimp was old and cold. She has no idea whether it was old or cold because she specifically asked for everything to be made fresh right off the bat. I didn’t even know you could request fresh items at Panda. People go to fast casual places like Panda for hot and ready food, the whole point is that it’s fast: you go in and you go out. So if you ask for something to be made fresh, you’re obviously going to have to wait.
She also claims the cashier insisted on giving a white guy a free egg roll for no reason other than him being a regular. The real reason the cashier gave it to him for free was because they saw it was his birthday on the app when they scanned his points. The manager standing right next to them approved giving the egg roll because of that. In her review, she claims she and the guy were waiting for the same item and that she should’ve gotten a free egg roll too. Another lie, the guy wasn’t waiting for the same item; he was just waiting to pay for his food. She made herself wait by ordering a whole entree fresh. It’s insane to be mad at someone for getting a birthday freebie. Why make it about you?
Then she complains that some of her food was cold, but obviously it got cold because she asked for half her order to be cooked fresh, meaning the rest sat there waiting.
She also claims she saw the cashier give “2.5x scoops” of food to other white and Latino customers. That makes no sense. At that ratio, the food would’ve been spilling out of the boxes.
What she also conveniently left out is that she got mad at the cashier for mispronouncing her name and, for some reason, got angry when the cashier grabbed her box. Why get mad at someone just trying to do their job? She looked around 40 years old, and her behavior was nasty and rude the entire time. She’s way too old to be acting like that toward anyone. And to be clear, none of this had anything to do with race, she was simply rude from start to finish.
The cashier handled her pretty well despite having to go through all that.
Anyway, get the Broccoli Beef and the String Bean Chicken Breast. They’re pretty good.

I recently came here and went in and noticed that being African American, there was a huge difference in food portions vs the white people. It was just myself & 1 white elder man waiting on green beans and chicken breast. The walnut shrimp was old and cold. THERE WERE NO OTHER PEOPLE THERE HUST US TWO. The cashiers repeatedly (Latina) asked the white man if he wanted a drink, appetizer, egg roll for his wait, NEVER asked me at all. I asked the cashier after she insisted on giving him a egg roll why wasn't I asked as we were waiting on the same item. She claimed he was a regular. I asked for 1/2 rice & noodle, fresh walnut shrimp and super greens which was old, full of cabbage and no broccoli 🤔 As I waited she fixed the side item 1st then 12 min.later shrimp in a little box and the fire chicken in the plate. I was not pleased. Half hot and half cold when she could've fixed all at one time. Afterwards I watched them PILE UP 2.5 scoops on ALL white ppl & 3 Latinos guys food that they couldn't even close their containers. I paid for 3 item and my appetizer $17+. I called Panda while I was in there and gave them my complaint, receipt#store# and asked them to have the general .manager WATCH their cameras to validate I was telling facts. They were giving away all thus product and my plate got barely 1 scoop of rice & noodle and same for protein. I was told I'd get a refund and sent a picture of my receipt. Nothing was refunded. No manager called me and as a customer of 7 yrs.i won't ever go back.

This is a standard Panda Express, food-wise. Is there a line? I dunno - who knows? The employees are only paying attention to their world behind the counter, so the customers don't know where it is. Eye contact? Welcome? Please wait a moment? None of that. The epicenter of low-vibrational indifference.
