I didn't want to leave this review, but I felt it was important to share my experience. I ordered a bowl of beef and broccoli on 09/16/25 and several pieces of the broccoli had black spots on them. It was unappetizing and concerning, so I ended up throwing it away before I could even take a photo.
From what I know, those black spots can appear if broccoli isn’t cleaned, stored, or handled properly, and are often linked to mold or spoilage.
I’d strongly recommend checking your food carefully if you decide to order here.

Worst Customer Service Experience ever mentioned I had an allergy, and they said we can't accommodate you, it's in the policy, asked to see policy, pretended to find it, and they brought nothing, gave no real portions on food. I waited so long for food.

I have no intentions of going back to this location ever again. I’m never eating Panda Express ever again!!! I ate almost half my plate before I grabbed the brócoli, took a bite and was about to take another bite and saw a white little worm that looked like a maggot. I’m in denial that it was a maggot. I don’t want to think about it. I spit my food out and threw all the food away. I am traumatized from this because now I don’t know if I ate other ones. It looked like it was dead in the food but Please don’t eat here. This happened like 3 nights ago. I am traumatized by this experience. I can’t eat food that I can’t see the ingredients in anymore. So paranoid that im eating little worms. I can’t. This is beyond disgusting and upsetting because it shouldn’t have been an issue. I just want to warn others!!

Worst place I we too the people were rude they messed up on my too big plates and I call in they would not replace it I ordered regular orange chicken and I got spicy for both
This place looks so nice and the food is delicious! Dana is such a kind person and very helpful. I highly recommend this place.

This is the best panda in the surrounding area! Items seem to be more freshly made and the staff doesn't get annoyed when asked to make something they're almost out of (though honestly it's probably already going, they don't let the bowls sit empty). Have only had an issue one time, but it was corrected before I left without a problem and she was willing to make a completely fresh plate if I had a peanut allergy, which she thought to ask about.
If you order before end of the day this is what you get dried burnt and no meat

Walking in, I honestly felt like a celebrity. 🤩
Every worker greeted me right away, and the energy was on point. The place is spotless, no half-stepping — everything looks put together like it belongs in a magazine. The food came out hot and fresh, no shortcuts. Ingredients taste legit, and you can tell they care about quality. The spot’s new, but it’s run tight. No complaints at all.
