I’M NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE. I waited from 8:55pm on the drive thru menu to place my order and regardless how many times I said “hello” no one took my order or knowledge that I was there until 9:09pm and it was ready at 9:13pm. So if you are ready to wait almost 20 minutes for your food go ahead. In too if this I didn’t get a receipt instead I got a “ticket” even though the charge is on my bank account. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I just came from there they wasn't busy however I ordered me a plate and she literally gave me bare minimum. This is the only Panda Express that the portion to price don't match. You go here be prepared to get very little for your buck. The little chow mein I got was very dry and so was my orange chicken. I went to the restaurant at 11:20 am. Never my business again.

I know they just opened but what are they doing? They have one person taking orders with sticky notes all around the counter around dinner time the busiest time! One person filling orders and like one hundred people in the kitchen I do t get it. You have to give a name and wait with over 6 people for your order. Cmon put more people up front to take and fill the order like other Panda restaurants. She ask the same question over and over like she has all these orders to remember. I waited 7 minutes. No one was in drive through now I see why. They wanted to make sure their order was right. Have patience going here. Food was ok. Better than the one by Chicago Ridge.

Placed my very first order at this location via the panda app. I received a message stating my order was ready for pick up and chose to pick it up through the drive thru.. got to the speaker and the employee stated it was not ready yet to please go back around the drive thru again which I was NOT going to do when the drive thru line is packed out to Cicero.. got to the second window and asked for my order and they said its not ready to pull up to the yellow line ahead which I did and it ended up causing a traffic block because there's no way for the people behind me who have already received their food to leave. I parked in the parking lot and went inside and talked to the manager and I showed her I received the txt message 40 minutes ago now that my order was ready and it was not. They didn't think to refund me or add something for my troubles.. nothing. Just a "Here you go.. sorry about that". Unfortunately that does not help the situation. I recommend the location on 95th and Melvina. Maybe in the future this location will get it together and improve.

Ordered online so we didn't have to wait, arrived over 20 minutes later to pick our order up. Order was supposed to be ready when we arrived, but the store didn't start our order until we got there to pick up our already paid for order. Upon arrival there were over 10 employees, but everyone waiting in the pickup area for their food received no help. After finally receiving our order after waiting over 20 minutes (they told me 5-10 minutes when we arrived) we get home to realize they gave us the wrong order, which also means someone else got a wrong order. The previous reviews for this location really make sense after my first time coming here.

Employees are absolute idiots. Not busy at all, order was still not ready after the pick up time (ordered online). People coming in to order were getting their food first. Almost would not allow us to even take the order because nobody understood the name, gave us the wrong order entirely anyways.

This Panda Exoress is not like the Panda Express downtown, but I guess it wouldn't be it's just Oaklawn. The chow mein didn't look done, and the rice was dry. I will never eat at the Panda again. I will stick to the authentic one's downtown.

Ordered online, got the beef broccoli and brown rice. Waited 20 minutes for my food that I already had paid for, and the lady that gave me my food acted as if I wasnt the person that ordered MY food, leaving ne waiting longer. I also Specified that I have a seafood allergy and to make sure I don't get any shrimp or other seafood items by accident. Order seemed correct until I bit into a shrimp tail. Currently waiting to see if I'm going to need my epi pen as this just happened 5 minutes ago. Had I seen this reviews before coming here, I wouldn't be dealing with this right now. Wow.Dietary restrictions: Specified seafood allergy and bit into shrimp towards bottom of food, thanks.

Terrible food and service for our 1st time here! Lo mein no flavor at all, hardly had any food options ready, employee's looked lost and confused!! Definitely will not return to this location.

I can EASILY tell why this location has a 2.0 rating. I wish ZERO was an option. Ordered via the mobile app. Food was delivered promptly. In a very timely manner. However, the food appeared sloppy, cold, flavorless and very small portions for the big entree plate. Called the restaurant to make them aware and the rude assistant manager told me that I had to take it up with DoorDash. DoorDash has nothing to do with a mobile order placed via the Panda Express app directly. She then denied me any corporate information. She also wouldn’t allow me to speak with anyone else in the restaurant besides her. Needless to say I’ll be spending my Monday reporting this and her.

Visited this newly opened location today. Greeted immediately as we walked in. The food on display looked fresh and appetizing. I ordered the large combo with orange chicken, seasame chicken, and beef with brocolli. The taste of the food was great, and it was served piping hot. This is one of the best Panda Express locations I've ever visited. Also tried the apple pie rolls that were also great. I will definitely be back.

I had a bowl of white rice and teriyaki chicken yesterday and few hours after eating i began throwing up and am currently experiencing um toliet runs never had this happened before but :,) also they forgot my teriyaki sauce after i explicitly asked for it while ordering (drive thru)
