It's fine, Panera feels like it isn't what it used to be. It's not the people who work there's fault, you can tell they try. However, the food is generally okay and a bit expensive, but the broccoli cheddar, especially in a bread bowl, is a surprise hit.

Waited over 30 minutes for a simple sandwich and soup, and still never got my order. My name disappeared from the screen, and when I asked about my food she said they were still waiting on my sandwich. Terrible service and zero accountability no apologies from management.

TERRIBLE food service. my mom and i come to panera all the time for brunch and this particular day, we did they online order which we occasionally do sometimes. we ordered it to 106 and cicero (the one be always go to) but instead of our food getting sent here, it got sent to 95th street. we told the general manger who has a every nasty attitude. As well as the person making food in the back. we go up say what happened and ask if they can make our food. lo and behold they won’t make it. NOT THEY CANT but they won’t. they told us to call 95th ask for a refund and we have to re order. which is honestly ridiculous because my mom and i are regulars here. do better panera!!!!!

We ordered four Chipotle Chicken, Egg & Avocado Sandwiches online. However, when we got to our destination and opened them to eat, we discovered that none of the sandwiches had any avocado in them :D This was disappointing, especially since it’s our first time at this branch, we usually get the same order from the one in Orland Park and have never had an issue there.

Food was good, cold, but good. Service was horrible my order was supposed to be ready around 12:10 ended up being another 20 minutes. I only ordered a cup of soup with the bread and chips. What were they doing? Reading it a story. It was obviously ready since it’s cold . A whole 20 minutes is crazy. If you have places to be don’t come there.

The property needs some attention. The men’s bathroom is disgusting and needs to be fixed up. Toilet paper and paper towel dispensers are all broken. The door on the stall is busted and it’s always so dirty
I ordered a large blueberry lemonade and was shocked to find what I thought was a lemon slice floating in my drink… until I realized it was a piece of bread. Yes, bread in my lemonade. Absolutely disgusting. I don’t know how something like that even happens in a place that serves food and drinks all day.
To make it worse, the employee who helped me—a white woman with brown hair—seemed completely unfazed. If you’re working in food service, especially at a place like Panera, attention to cleanliness and detail matters. This experience was unacceptable and I hope the management takes food safety and training more seriously moving forward. What a joke!🤢🤢
