Rapid pick up does not exist at this location. If you place your order online expect to wait another 20 mins when you arrive. Food was prepared poorly and unorganized due to them rushing. Parking lot is very small and hectic. There are plenty of other Panera locations near by.

It took us 25 minutes for our order to be taken. We should have left when it was so long. It took another 30 minutes for our food, pretty ridiculous.
Went on the inside for a to go.i wish i took pictures. The was running out a lot of food but the food look like it had been sitting .the orange chicken was dry and the rice was ok.

The obese (cough cough) woman that works the counter is rude and unprofessional. I wish I would have remembered her name because I should honestly have contacted corporate about her. I said "Hello how are you?" And i was met with a blank stare. I tried to order and instead of saying they were out or sorry. She shook her head no, said "nope" and then just stared blankly at me. I was so amazed by the total lack of care and customer service I had no response. I walked out, what a joke.

I made an online pickup order today & the food was ready very close to the pickup time it stated on the app . Food was still warm when I got home, everything was so delicious . My family & I are feeling sick this week & the soup definitely helped along with their papaya green tea, soothing on the throat even when it’s cold . The portion sizes could be a bit larger for the price .. however if you have the money to spend on Panera, it’s pretty worth it . I don’t eat here often just because it’s a bit pricey for the portions you get . But the food is good . For reference I had ordered the pick two - Mac n cheese (small) & half chipotle chicken avocado melt, a bowl of broccoli & cheddar soup, the papaya green tea, and a full chipotle chicken avocado melt . My total was just under $40 . I’m sure there are other places you could get more food than that for $40 however you’re essentially paying for the quality here, not the quantity . Employees were very nice & helpful . Although the ladies by the pickup counter weren’t alerting anyone that their order was ready .. they had the receipts on the bags facing away from customers & they were too far back for anyone to reach to turn them around & check the names . My food was ready & right in front of me & didn’t get it until I asked if it was ready .. just constructive criticism, maybe call out the names as the orders come out ? Just to avoid customers waiting when their order is sitting there . That’s the only issue I encountered .

Panera might have changed policy bc at 6:30pm. Only 4 bagels..only 2 types of bread to choose from the bakery, barely any bakery to choose from and No cookies ?♀️.When I worked for the company we fresh baked cookies until almost closing time.. I also didn't appreciate that as a dine in customer waiting longer than normal for my food several (4 to 5)pick up orders were filled prior to my order, either way I love the most consistency in food.. and a delicious healthy fresh made meal breads w no preservatives.. When short staffed the dining room person could be cross trained for the line, instead of walking around on their cell phone.Parking: Plenty of parking and designated spots for pickup
