My father ordered from this location and was treated poorly by the staff. He ordered and paid $33+ for a single item, and when asked for a refund (because he didn't want the item because he could find a better offer) they refused to give him one. Completely unreasonable business practice and completely unreasonable prices. Ever since they sold out to burger King this place has turned into a disgusting business. Horrible practices. They will go bankrupt. Will never order here again or any Panera location again and will tell everyone I know to boycott Panera. Disgusting business.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Panera Bread’s delivery service. I had placed an order yesterday (12/3/25), more than 24 hours in advance, with a scheduled delivery time between 11:45 AM and 12:00 PM today. I had guests present for a meeting, and this order was intended for them. The failure of the delivery created an embarrassing situation for me in front of my guests.
At approximately 12:10 PM, when no delivery had arrived, I called Panera Bread to check on the status. I was told that the delivery driver was “almost there,” so I continued to wait. After another 20 minutes passed with no delivery, I called again—only to be informed, shockingly, that the order would not be delivered at all.
I have no words to express my dissatisfaction and frustration. This was my first time placing a delivery order with Panera Bread, and unfortunately, it may also be my last. The lack of communication, reliability, and accountability caused significant inconvenience and embarrassment during an important meeting.

The worst service I've seen in a long time the old lady who uses a cap with pendants ignores customer requests responds reluctantly so that they place someone like that to deliver the orders I don't go back to that this Panera

This is literally slowest Panera ever. I waited in line for 10 minutes. Then waited almost 15 minutes in my car still no order. Went in to check the status my order just sitting there and staff was just talking instead of bringing my order out. So ridiculous!
