Stopped in for lunch, it wasn’t busy but there were people there. Ordered via a kiosk which seemed to help the line along and allowed me to bypass the cashiers altogether. The “you pick 2” option which allows a soup and 1/2 a sandwich or salad was what I opted for. The tables were wiped down and the staff was courteous.

The management at this Panera has really stepped it up over the past few months. They are so helpful and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Food prep times are much faster, and the soup is still delicious. Great job!!!

Today I called in to ask for a copy of a receipt that was over a month old. Jasmine and manager Ki-Jana were able to help me get to my receipt and did it with so much kindness. It was an annoying ask on my end, but their customer service was impeccable! I wish every place had this level of customer service. Thank you both for the help!!
