I Came in tonight 30 minutes before closing. I had the pleasure of meeting Kalen and Jeanette. They were very helpful, great attitudes, smiled the entire time, and all around very well rounded! Will definitely return!

Over a 25 minute wait in the drive through with only being the 3rd car. And the prices are just outrageous for 2 sandwiches. Not worth it to me.

Slow slow slow! If you go through the drive thru, you’re atleast going to wait 20 mins. After the 20mins, you call to see if anyone is bringing your food out, then you’ll have to wait another 5-10mins to get your food delivered to your car! Never again!

I’m so upset with this location but not Panera! I made an order for delivery because my foot is broken. I would always pickup! My order NEVER made it to me! I spent $30 and I always give a CASH TIP! They said delivered on the app and to my surprise NO FOOD! I did get the credit from Panera Thank You! But to order and have delivered from this location is not a good idea! Especially if you are hungry or unable to pick up!

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY.I have frequented this Panera location since it first opened, as it is right near my house. In that time, the food quality has been extremely variable depending on the day and who is working. However, of late, their staff is proving to be more and more incompetent. Multiple times recently, when ordering for delivery, this location has failed to deliver parts of an order, ranging from drinks to sandwiches. They refuse to deliver what they didn't provide, citing a lack of drivers due to their contracting out to Doordash, and are quick to offer a refund, but not for 24 hours. Even after I have paid for my meal which they FAILED to provide, they refuse to process a return for 24 hours, and even after that it will take 5-10 business days. There are plenty of Panera locations in the area. I suggest people take their business to one that is better managed, as I intend to.

Cashier extremely rude, did not put attention to my order. Said they were out of everything. I order an orange scone, she gave a blueberry had to tell her that was not what I had ordered. No apologies sge did not seem that she wanted to serve us. She needs a different job. Something that had nothing to do with costumer service. Sorry but this lady sucks on her job. We were there Sunday 12.24.2023 at 10:30 am and never again.

Will never come back to this Panera again. Ordered a to go order yesterday, got it home, my mom was eating her sandwich and pulled out a chunk of hair. She spit the sandwich out. I packed upThe sandwich, brought it back and the manager couldn’t believe that there was hair in the food, i asked her when did they add hair to their ingredients?! She said well the person making sandwiches back there is a guy and doesn’t have hair. I said i don’t care if he doesn’t have hair, then said well i don’t go in the kitchen that’s why i don’t have a hair net on…. Ummm you’re a manager and you don’t go into your sandwich making area?!? ?? i find that hard to believe. Just want to warn people before you eat make sureThey aren’t adding any of their special ingredients!

not good!!! gross gross gross!! i had ordered dinner for my family and I. i got home with it, my mom took a bite into her sandwich and a big glob of hair came putting out from the middle of it. my mom immediately spit it out. i wrapped the sandwich back up, brought it back to Panera, and asked the manager. When did they add hair as their new ingredient? The manager then stated that there's a man in the kitchen making the food so it's not his, i said well it's someone's!!!! and she doesn't know how that hair got there, he doesn't have hair. She said the reason I don't wear a hairnet is because I do not go in the kitchen. I said you are a manager and you don't go into the kitchen? Seemed a little weird to me. They refunded our money back, but i would never eat there again. I told them I will be reaching out to the public health department.
