Second time I have been here with my kids on 2 different days at 2 different times and they say OPEN, sign blinking and hours 11a-7pm and no one here with door closed. I'm not driving here a 3rd time.

I ordered online and will not be ordering again. I didn’t receive all of my samples and some were open. I also paid $30 for two day shipping because I wanted to give it as a gift and it took them a week to process the order then ship. The the lady on the phone said “Amazon had us all messed up thinking 2 days is 2 days, when it’s after the processing time.” No ma’am two days means if I order it I’ll receive it within 2 business days. No refund was issued or return call as promised.

Actually this was my second time visiting this place. Customer service was good. And they have all different types of popcorn. It's definitely a place I'll go back to.

My sisters and I went to this location on Friday the lady that waited on us she's awesome she took her time talked and packages items to the 4 of us perfectly smiling and engaging in conversation I was everyone in public working were like her thank you young lady thank you I'm sorry we didn't get your name on my way to the airport I hope to visit your shop

Will Not be returning there ever again. I took my sister and 2 nephews for the 4 of us to purchase popcorn. Was told they could only sell LARGE because they were all out of small and medium bags. I then asked well can you just measure the medium amount for 4 bags I was told that wasn't allowed . So in other words I had to purchase 4 large bags at 15.00 each or nothing. So I choose NOTHING. SHAME ON YOU.

Amazing! I’ve had them once before moving out of the Chicagoland area and I wanted to support once again and I’m glad I did! It took almost 4-5 days to get to New Orleans due to shipping delays (covid 19) my family is loving it! Thanks popcorn world!
