As we are used to delicious food. It was probably a hard day for the manager and the workers, tables were not fully cleaned, The bathroom was a mess. And we spot some one sleeping on one of the corners booths but we still have a great meal

My first time trying raising Cane's and first experience was not favorable. The food is good however, I ordered two items. 3 pc and 4 pc. Paid $24.00 , for a carry out. When I got home only one dinner was In the bag. And I watched the girl behind the counter check the order out before bagging it. So I found no need to double check before leaving. Big mistake, I got home 8 miles away and found only half my order in the bag. I really was not in the mood to drive back. I called and all they offered was another meal to drive back. So I paid $24.00 for a 4 pc meal ...not sure if I ever will go back

I don't get what the big deal is. Their tenders are ok. Nothing special. They have very little flavor. To each their own. Waited over 25 mins in the drive thru line. You would think that a place with a very small menu can execute orders in drive thru significantly faster than most places.

Ordered take out, scheduled for 3:30pm curbside pick up. Waited almost 20 minutes after check in. The ignorant, rude, lazy excuse of an employee said she went out there at 3:30pm and didn’t see my car. How do you let almost 20 minutes pass without checking on your customers. They were not even that busy, otherwise I would be understanding. Food was good, just stay away from curbside for the time being, they need a new employee.

Still don't like if you order a large drink with easy ice they charge you .50 cents more cause you don't want a cup of ice

I ordered 125 tenders for catering and made sure to request ketchup and hot sauce as it was mentioned online that it would not be included unless requested. My husband picked up the order, and there was no ketchup or hot sauce included. When my husband asked for hot sauce, the woman handing out the online orders grabbed around 15 hot sauce packets and threw them in the bag. He didn’t even bother to ask for ketchup or more hot sauce at that point since the woman clearly had an attitude. There were also some super small/thin pieces of chicken that seemed more like chicken nuggets or chicken fingers. I hope those were not counted as one of the 125 tenders because that’s ridiculous. I obviously wasn’t going to sit there and count each piece, but the whole situation from start to finish left a bad impression. Definitely will not be returning to this location let alone ordering catering from them again. Extremely disappointed.
