I have been harassed on my phone by the employee mohamid since Saturday. Ordered food to go and this has been going on for three flipping days! Management has done nothing. Punk has given my phone number out and they have been calling me, and calling me. I believe that’s kinda illegal. Your employees can not give out my personal information. But it did. Calling my attorney after the police. Good job red lobster. It’s more like the rotten crab at this point. One bad experience after the next, this is the final straw. Mark my words.

I Ordered food for my Disabled Senior Mother which is what she wanted to have for Thanksgiving. And I placed the order over the phone after I got off work & the young lady who took my Order was very nice & once I arrived & paid for my Order. I took it to the side to make sure there was nothing missing. Well, I initially noticed some of the loaded baked potato toppings were missing & they kindly gave me what was missing & extra biscuits & sauce & butter. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize the actual Baked Potato was missing until I got home.
And that is such an Important Item to my Dear Mother & I am so upset at myself that I didn’t realize it until it was too late. But I also am very disappointed that it is the Customers job to make sure that Everything we order is what’s in the bag. That should be what all restaurants strive for to make sure Everything Ordered was in The Bag. I live on the south east side of Chicago so, now they are closed & are closed tomorrow for Thanksgiving & I am going to have to tell Mother I didn’t realize I had the baked potato toppings but No actual Potato.. until after I got home : (
I must say the tone & manner & willingness to help of the lady who I picked the Order up from & also the one I placed the order with was very pleasing & so welcoming & they make you feel like you truly are spending your hard earned money & it’s not something they’re giving you for free, like some other eating establishments.. But I am extremely saddened & disappointed my Mom’s Baked Potato is missing And it’s unlikely I will even go back to pick it up 3 days after I picked up the Order. I think they can definitely do better in this area. There should be a checklist they follow while they are packing our bags all while remembering our Customers are Counting on Us to get their orders correct!
