Went with family for my father-in-law’s birthday on 04/15/24. The food was ok, except the Brussel Spouts were so burned, they should have never left the kitchen. Service was horrible. Other patrons horrible as well. Apparently a large obnoxious birthday party knew their server and ordered all kinds of food. Not sure they paid for all of it.

Service was terrible the waitress would get lost I got the endless shrimp took them almost an hour to bring the next plate out I think they wanted me to get frustrated and leave so I wouldn’t get no more shrimp I will not be going back

The food was okay, nothing to brag about. The daily specials went up $3. The food came out in a timely manner. The waiter Mary L. wasn't really tentative, left all the empty dishes on the table. I had to ask for napkins, she gave me 2 biscuits, I thought she will give me 2 more once they was gone since i was waiting on my food still. Nope..didn't even ask.

This location is way better the waitress was super friendly, kept checking to see if we needed anything. Didn't get off order wrong brought out everything we needed. The food wasn't full of grease. It was very delicious. Will be coming back.

95th Pulaski Red lobster food has gone down. I was not happy with my food they were busy and just throwing the food together.

Service was fine, shrimp scampi was good. The Monday special Lobster tail was not edible. I didn't expect high quality since it was the inexpensive Monday special, but what I got was a mushy mess. Even frozen lobster should at least have some firmness to it.

Absolutely will never order from any red lobster delivery. The quality is just not the same. Since a child though, I’ve always appreciated red lobster’s food quality dine-in experience despite being a chain restaurant. Oak lawn is good, Matteson and West Elden are fine too. Will return again.
