Used to come here when it was Louie's Chophouse. Not much has changed with the interior decor or layout. Be prepared for $$$$$ pricing. Server was very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Was not a fan of the "creamy" garlic dressing, seemed gritty, like garlic powder and sour cream but not really worth bringing any attention to it. 16oz bone-in pork chops were done to perfection, glistening and moist. 10 oz filet was also cooked to perfection, tasty and tender. Garlic mashed potatoes were served on the same plate and got soggy from the steak's au jus. Mentioned that they should be served in a separate dish. Did not have dessert, but the selections presented seemed impressive

Shmucks, don't waste your time or 20 percent automatic gratuity.Owners: look up gratuity in ANY dictionary...an unexpected bonus added to the meal, at your discretion, not to help supplement your underpaid employees...MERDE!!Vegetarian options: Water I great for 4 dollars!!

Service was spectacular but the food was terrible. None of the food had seasoning. I had the tomahawk special with 2 lobster tails, 2 king crab legs, 2 baked potatoes and soup and salad. None of the food had seasoning. I also ordered the lobster Mac n cheese and brussel sprouts. What a waste of $430, could've went to my normal steakhouses downtown and paid less and had way better quality food. I'll never visit this place again.

Food was VERY under seasoned. Cream of chicken soup was really good. Our waitress was awesome. We had the tomahawk steak, twin lobster tails, king crab legs special. Steak had no season whatsoever. Lobster tails was good because we dipped them in the warm butter. Lobster Mac n cheese had no flavor. Brussel sprouts had no flavor. Will definitely NOT be coming back again. Just wasn't worth the $430

We had an early Resv so it wasn't crowded. Waiter Pedro knew his stuff. Menu items, specials, recommendations. Timing was perfect serving all the courses. When you want a nice dinner and a break from the usual, fast food options.

Came here for dinner tonight. Started with the stuffed pepper soup. It was the best I’ve ever had. I had the salmon which was also excellent. Pedro was our server and was excellent. I highly recommend dinner here.

It was my friend’s birthday and we decided to meet up here at Rockefeller’s!! The food is so good!! All of the food is well prepared and seasoned. The waitress was professional and had a great sense of humor!! The owner Nick stopped by our table and greeted us. He has a great smile and personality. The food is pricey ( but everything is lol) So if you want to have a good food… stop by ROCKEFELLER’S in Oak Lawn?

This is definitely a hidden gem! One of the absolute best steaks I've ever had, and the old fashioneds were splendid. Good to find a great steak outside of downtown.

We had Ken as our waiter and he was awesome! He definitely made our night, with great suggestions, was attentive, and just made our dining experience that much better.

I used to go here when it was Louis before the new owners who were waiters took over the place. The food quality has changed a lot. It is not as good as it used to be. They have also went up on their prices, and it is not worth the quality of food. The service was terrible because they were understaffed. I ordered an appetizer and was informed that they did not have it when they were bringing my dinner out. I also ordered an alcoholic beverage and they brought me a lemonade instead. I keep giving the place a second chance because it is in my neighborhood but I don't think I can pay $70 for a steak that's extra well-done anymore.

A local gem, the restaurant fell short on Valentine's Day. Service was a little rushed and sporadic. We ordered steak. The bone-in ribeye was tasty but contained way too much fat. The strip steak was tragically undercooked and had to go back to the kitchen. No flowers on the table. Nothing to make the occasion special. We expected a little more from a $200 meal.

Prices are outrageous and the food is ok. The location is probably not the best, if they were located in a better place they may attract more diners.
