A little over a month ago & a half ago, I came here to buy a bowl, which included falafel. I can’t remember the name of the bowl. The cashier was blowing her nose while she was taking my order. After she took my order, she NEVER washed her hands or used hand sanitizer. Instead…she went to the area in which orders are bagged up & put orders into the bags. I also watched her handout orders too. She continued to blow her nose when she took orders & bagged up food. She kept the tissue that she blew her nose with in her hands the whole time. Not one time did she wash her hands or get hand sanitizer. I will not be back due to this reason. In my opinion, that’s unsanitary. The food was ok & the person that was making my food was nice. I asked him to give me my bowl over the counter instead of passing it to the end to be packed up, so she couldn’t touch my food. That’s why I gave 2 stars.

I arrive one minute before they set time to receive to a very basic meal.The falafels give TraderJoe's frozen food section,fries were cold but very well seasoned. First time and last for this spot.

I had a great experience with Baba Saj. There was a small mix-up with my order at first, but the staff handled it professionally and made things right right away.
They were apologetic, communicative, and made sure I received the correct items without any hassle. I really appreciated how they took responsibility and focused on customer satisfaction. The food itself was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was expecting.
Mistakes happen anywhere, but what matters is how they’re handled — and Baba Saj handled it well. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them without hesitation.

I am obsessed with the food from Baba Saj! I crave it once a week! I’m so happy they moved into the area. I highly recommend the chicken shawarma bowl with extra pickles. Those pickles should be jarred and sold- they are beyond delicious!
Shawarma and falafel are amazing! Saj bread was too and soft. Party was happy with everything we ordered! We will make sure to stop by next time we’re in town!

This was my time visiting this restaurant and the service was great. The clerk Dejal she gave me great customer service. She gave me some suggestions to try. The food was good. However, the chicken and steak had a good taste but just a little dry.i would suggest to find a way to keep the meat juicy. I would definitely go back.
