This location was clean and it was easy to park at. I ordered at the self service kiosk which was easy.
I ordered a double cheeseburger and when I looked in my bag it was huge. It was delicious and had a great flavor. They had plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I would definitely come back.

They have good burgers, would definitely stop by to try their new burgers. The staff was very nice and helpful... for a place with a pickup drive through, their staff have better customer service then most restaurants.

This was our first time trying shake shack, and it will probably be the last. We spent almost $50 for 2 meals. We got it to go and it was kind of weird how the sandwiches are not completely wrapped. The fries had spilt out because they were just placed on top of the unwrapped burgers. The chicken seemed like they forgot half in the fryer. The burger bun was cut in a weird way and it was super soggy even though we didn't get any condiments on it. There were people in the restaurant asking everyone who came in to buy them food. I will say that the service was fast and the cheese fries were good. That's it.

I returned for another try, and I had a better food experience this time.

Tables were sticky. They weren't sticky with food or sauce, though. I'm not sure if that's because of the cleaners that are used.

Today was a first time ordering from Shackshack.And my last.I ordered a BL T
And fried pickles.The BLT was very small
I don’t know where the bacon came from.
I got the ends of a tomato .And the fried pickles was very greasy.I live in OakLawn and I will continue to pass buy ShackShack.

Qiana and staff were extremely helpful and I was so impressed by the cleanliness and customer service!!! Give these people a raise she educated us on the business!! If you all don’t want her we at United airlines will take her!!

Extremely Disappointed & Unprofessional Behavior

Today, I visited this location at approximately 1pm and had a deeply unpleasant experience. Upon arriving, no one greeted me, which already set a poor tone. Eventually, a kind young lady from the back came out to assist me and took my order. I ordered two burgers: the new Truffle Burger and a free ShackBurger using an app code. However, the system had issues processing the code.

I tried placing the order through my mobile device multiple times, but it didn’t work. The young lady attempted to help by using the checkout kiosk, but the systems were down there as well. After trying to resolve the issue, she consulted with the manager, Kiana, and that’s when things took a turn for the worse.

Kiana abruptly came to the front, yelling unprofessionally, “He didn’t mention this before you took his order!” She also loudly complained about being on an important phone call trying to fix the systems. From the moment she addressed me, her demeanor was unwelcoming and unpleasant.

When I tried to explain that the Truffle Burger I was purchasing would unlock the free ShackBurger, Kiana rudely insisted that I was wrong. She claimed I needed to purchase a ShackBurger to receive the free one. Despite explaining that I had successfully used the same offer days before by purchasing just fries, she dismissed me in a sarcastic and condescending manner, stating that she had worked at the company for nine years and “knew how to do her job.”

Eventually, after retrieving paperwork from the back, Kiana discovered that I was indeed correct: purchasing any item unlocks the free ShackBurger. However, she failed to offer any apology for her lack of knowledge or her rude behavior.

As a manager, Kiana’s behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and entirely unacceptable. This is not the level of service I expect from Shake Shack, a company I’ve enjoyed visiting in the past.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that proper training is provided to ensure that no other customer has to endure such an experience.

This location is hands down the one to go too! The workers are outstanding! Quiana is an excellent worker! Not only did she go above and beyond to make sure our order was correct but she got us refills. She made us laugh and her mannerism is OUT OF THIS WORLD! She is the reason this place is on top of things for sure! We will be back soon and will recommend this specific location to all our friends and family!

Ms Brandi and the rest of the staff gave great customer service. Fast and friendly.
This was my experience at any of the locations. I'm vegan and there were a few items that could be substituted to have an enjoyable meal. Definitely will return.
