I really liked their signature rosemary fries and the flavors and size of the burgers but omg idk if it was a one off event, the cook was angry or something but the burgers were incredibly salty almost inedible, since it was pick up I dressed it at home with waaaay more veggies to kind of dilute it but it was still incredibly salty. Idk if it was cus they were double burgers but if that’s why they should only salt one of the patties in a double because salting both results in hypertensive level of saltiness.
The young man at the front was very polite and respectful and efficient I appreciate him.
I was really looking forward to our banana chocolatey chip shake and salted caramel chocolatey chip shake but they didn’t have banana apparently the front end employee explained when I arrived to pick up so he asked what I wanted instead and I mistakenly asked for just a second salted caramel chocolatey chip shake thinking they would be really good given the pretty high price but to my disappointment the first sip revealed not so much rich salted caramel like I was expecting but just a cheap artificial tasting nasty hard caramel candy wet there type flavor which was not good at all at least not to me. The chocolatey chips were good I strained them out at home but threw all the rest of the milkshakes down the sink which was a big waste of money. At least I had used coupons/offers.
they do have good promos and offers/ rewards for rewards members right off the bat on your first order and it let me place two orders one right after the other so I could maximize the discounts since two codes can’t be put on one order. I really appreciated that I was able to make those two orders one after the other and use coupon codes on both because they made a significant price difference on their already reasonable prices and specials.
Because of the pros I will return in hopes the saltiness isn’t a usual occurrence and in hopes that one of the other shakes tastes better or they have banana soon.

Compared to the sister locations in Schaumburg and Oak Brook, they give actually large sized fries and the burgers were good. I’ll be returning to this specific site from now on.
Monet was amazing! She was super patient with me and my children. I live down the block and come here semi often, and service has never been better! Definitely 5 star and hope she's working everytime!
