Went there today for a breakfast date with a beautiful young lady..She ordered the banana bread French toast, it was served with plastic inside.. luckily she found it before she bite into it..it really could’ve scratched up her gums and mouth.. well anyway, she brought it up to our waiter Santiago ( great guy) who moved it to the manager.. Manager didn’t even have the decency to come apologize in person , let alone give us the courtesy of removing from the bill.. Obviously they don’t care about customers satisfaction. Only the exchange of service and money.
Very poor manager customer service where the restaurant is at fault. Would definitely NOT recommend take out orders. If they get it wrong, they refuse to credit you but will "take your name" so "the next time you come in" they'll right their current wrong. No! You fix the problem NOW. Not fixing the problem, especially when it was a simple problem that could've been handled easily, and should've been considering the major inconvenience the restaurant caused. I had been going since they opened and would always bring my mother and aunt in when they visited but, I will never enter Stacked again due to poor MANAGER customer service. Set a better example for your workers.
Food is good but service is awful manager would not rectify my Togo order and I paid more for the food to be made right the first time not a good establishment of business and I like the food but service should be held to a higher standard here.

I ordered at the door to take away, it turned out that they did not send me napkins or cutlery and for the price paid it seems an insult.

I was just there around 12:30ish for dine in with a friend! We waited about 10 minutes, cool, no problem! Ordered the country skillet with buttermilk pancakes, had a piece hair in my skillet told the waitress got a NEW one to go(just left at 1:32pm) only to find another LONGER piece in my NEW skillet when I got home smh! Called the Oak Lawn location at 2:04pm , the number transferred to Crestwood and the lady said that you guys “didn’t have no issues like that”… which is FALSE! Definitely not coming back !

Whoever the young lady was who took my order over the phone on Sunday 9/1/24 ruined my experience of Stacked. I placed my order over the phone and asked how much additional would it be to add red velvet French toast as this is one of my favorite on their menu, the lady said it would be an additional $4.99 or so. I said okay and headed to the restaurant. I checked my food before leaving and saw that I had Red velvet pancakes instead. I pointed this out to the same girl who took my order and she said they don’t have a side of Red Velvet French toast. She then proceeded to tell me that I said the wrong thing over the phone, that I said a side of Red Velvet. I told her that I did not say that, I specifically said Red Velvet French toast, so maybe she misheard me, which is understandable with so much commotion going on in the restaurant plus I was in my car when I placed the order. She did NOT want to take any accountability and said no, it wasn’t that she misheard me but that I said the wrong thing. I found it very disrespectful that she kept trying to put words in my mouth of what she thought I said instead of apologizing for the mishap. And she didn’t try to find a solution for the problem or correct the mistake. Very very very poor customer service. She needs to be trained better on how to handle situations like this. Mistakes happen but it’s how you fix the problem that will keep a loyal customer.

The food i had was horrible. The only thing that was good was the eggs and milk. I talked to the lady manager and she was very rude.
