This location has serious issues with wait times. I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to warrant attention — especially from corporate. During my last visit, it took 30 minutes from the time I placed my order in the drive-thru to when I received my last drink. The way the drive-thru is designed makes it impossible to exit once you’ve placed your order, so I was essentially stuck with no option to leave. It also seems like they don’t start preparing your drinks until after you’ve paid, which makes the wait even longer. If that’s truly their process, it’s incredibly inefficient — especially during busy times. Something needs to be done to improve service speed and flow at this location.

This is a Starbucks location that has a bad reputation and they did not allow the use of the bathrooms and this is not good it is for the customers why did they not allow this the bathrooms are for the public. Why did the employees not allow anyone to use it

Best, friendly service.. Always accommodating. Listen to you and get your order correct. They'll even make it over if you don't think it was good enough with a smile. They are focused on You!

Dietary restrictions: I love the Turkey Bacon Sandwich and the Mint Magesty Tea. They are also carrying Grain free tortilla chips and protein bars that I can actually have!

Kid-friendliness: I see all ages of kids go there to dine in with parents, grandparents, or meet up after school.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have seats that some people with wheel chairs can sit at.

I bought white chocolate mocha. I took a sip and I tasted like sweet milk. I open the lid and yes not coffee inside at all. I didn't have time to return it and show the people who work there what I just purchased for over 7$. This is not called white chocolate mocha.
It happens sometimes in different location. Very sad that you wanna have a good day with a cup of favorite coffee and they don't care.

Did not get what I ordered and had to throw away an expensive drink. Lady taking the order did not enter it correctly. The guy that made the coffee made the drink that she entered. Please listen better

I've been a regular at the Starbucks on 95th and Metra for years, sometimes visiting 2 to 3 times a day and spending a lot of money. It's important to me that my $10 drinks are made correctly. Recently, there have been new staff members who are polite but still learning, and I understand mistakes happen. However, the new manager, Candace, has been extremely rude and disrespectful. On several occasions, my drink was made incorrectly. While I don't mind having it remade, Candace publicly announced that if my drink is wrong again, they will need to check how much I've drunk to see if I'm eligible for a remake. This was humiliating and completely unnecessary, especially considering my frequent patronage. I'm not someone who looks for free drinks, and I don't appreciate being treated as if I am. Spending a significant amount of money here daily should guarantee a basic level of respect and customer service, which Candace failed to provide. I highly recommend avoiding this location until these issues are addressed. I also urge the district manager to contact me directly, as my attempts to get in touch have been dismissed, and I was told the district manager is "untouchable."

Asked for a free refill for a 5 dollar drink venti because my what I thought strawberry açaí refresher was straight ice with a side of strawberry açaí refresher lemonade when I paid for a fully filled drink .
