This location is always busy. Worth the wait. Pleasant crew members. The banana bread and cheese danish are delicious.

I have visited this location on three separate occasions, and unfortunately each visit has been disappointing. The frozen frappes consistently contain ice chips, and when requesting extra caramel, it is often not included. The drinks appear to be prepared inconsistently, as if staff may still be learning proper techniques. While the service is fast, which is appreciated, I hope there is an opportunity to improve drink preparation and order accuracy moving forward.

As a regular Starbucks customer, I was shocked and disappointed at the mediocre service I received today that began with a Ubereats delivery error due to an safety concern, in which my beverage was not properly packaged for delivery.

Upon my call to store, the supervisor was apologetic and acknowledged the error between packaging and the delivery person retrieving and leaving the store without the proper packaging. I was given the option to come in for a replacement, it’s was 13 degrees but I bundled up and headed to the store only to wait about 10mins for my drink to be made.

Although I received several apologies for the inconvenience, the fact that I had to wait and upon tasting my drink it was made incorrectly, missing the 4 splenda I previously requested, this was an unexpected experience and impacted my holiday weekend bliss.
