Please check your food before you eat it. We all know the food you order at Starbucks isn’t made fresh so I’m not even going to bother complaining about that as I knew that prior to ordering. I’ve ordered a bacon, sausage, egg wrap and noticed one of the potatoes inside had mold on it. I was lucky to have looked at it at the right time but who knows, I could’ve already consumed a moldy potato. I’ve already told customer service about this and they did refund me for the wrap but for future references either don’t get the wrap or make sure you check your food before consuming.

I had the WORST Starbucks experience today, at the Starbucks on 11016 in Oak lawn IL. I ordered two oatmeal with almond milk, and I received a bowl of milk with some floating oats. So I went back to have Sarah remake them again and when I received the oatmeal the second time it was still a bowl of milk. So I went to talk to the manager, and Sarah rudely interrupted, and treated me like I was stupid by saying “you know it’s instant oatmeal right? You do know that? So you need to let the milk sit.” In that case I didn’t even want it anymore when you act like that. If I had taken Sarah’s advice I would be waiting hours for the milk to seep in. Also the manager didn’t even do anything just looked at me when this was all going on. So I said “At this point I just want a refund”. Luckily another Barista stepped in, and made it the right way. I feel like Sarah needs to go back to training on how to speak to customers.
