Please check your food before you eat it. We all know the food you order at Starbucks isn’t made fresh so I’m not even going to bother complaining about that as I knew that prior to ordering. I’ve ordered a bacon, sausage, egg wrap and noticed one of the potatoes inside had mold on it. I was lucky to have looked at it at the right time but who knows, I could’ve already consumed a moldy potato. I’ve already told customer service about this and they did refund me for the wrap but for future references either don’t get the wrap or make sure you check your food before consuming.

I had the WORST Starbucks experience today, at the Starbucks on 11016 in Oak lawn IL. I ordered two oatmeal with almond milk, and I received a bowl of milk with some floating oats. So I went back to have Sarah remake them again and when I received the oatmeal the second time it was still a bowl of milk. So I went to talk to the manager, and Sarah rudely interrupted, and treated me like I was stupid by saying “you know it’s instant oatmeal right? You do know that? So you need to let the milk sit.” In that case I didn’t even want it anymore when you act like that. If I had taken Sarah’s advice I would be waiting hours for the milk to seep in. Also the manager didn’t even do anything just looked at me when this was all going on. So I said “At this point I just want a refund”. Luckily another Barista stepped in, and made it the right way. I feel like Sarah needs to go back to training on how to speak to customers.

I had an experience today where the drink I ordered was wrong and when I went back around to replace it . They changed it and the girl at the window short Hispanic girl threw my drink in the trash forcefully so we can see we waisted her time apparently. She needs to go to Mc Donald’s if she wants to have that attitude. I only see that attitude with people who work at Mc Donald’s and Walmart. Horrible .

Parking: Parking is a little tight because of other businesses next to the cafe.

Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly meaning not a place for kids would enjoy

Ever since the remodel finished, this location has been awful. The redesign is unwelcoming - feels like a wall to separate guests from baristas. They don’t talk to customers, and it is difficult to get their attention. I’m sad to see the change.

To all the Kens and Karens below me this starbucks is one of the best around! I got there for what seemed like a lunch rush and i was waiting for my pumpkin bread. Was greeted when entered and could tell it was a busy time! Young man with blue hair was very accommodating when they didn’t have a food item I ordered through the app. Gave a Starbucks card for wait and inconvenience, and offered to replace with any item of my choosing. If you’re looking to relax there it does get a little crowded when the kids leave school. Great place will be back! Keep up the great work everyone and welcome back!

P.S. To the lady crying about her lid and straw and the random named Fred… good riddance!

The guys was very rude I got the summer drink he didn’t give me the right lid I ask for the straw for the boba he was so rude about it he said they don’t sell those and I said so how am I suppose to get the boba out and I always get the straw idk not my problem. Not to mention I paid extra for more boba

The staff is clueless and overwhelmed in addition to cold and unfriendly. The service inside the restaurant is terrible. I waited over 30 minutes for a cup of hot coffee. This would involve sticking a cup under the hot coffee machine and pressing 2 buttons. After 33 minutes I was given a cup of hot water. It'd be obvious to a 5 year old that the cup was filled with water, not coffee. When I brought the cup back to the counter it took another 10 minutes for the staff to realize they needed to add more coffee beans to the machine and remake the coffee. This location has the new, idiot-proof hot coffee machine. Even with Fisher-Price level machine functionality the staff couldn't deliver a cup of coffee. Based on my observations this reflects the general level of intelligence and motivation among the staff at this location. The restaurant was filthy, we had to thoroughly wipe off our table and chairs before we sat down. It also smelled bad and was swarming with flies inside. It took some time but we stumbled into the armpit of Starbucks. Thank goodness we were only visiting for a wedding, not local residents, so we'll never need to go back there again. A truly dismal brand experience.
