They NEVER get your order correct! It’s a waste of time having an app detailing your order and they still don’t get it correct. How do you make a strawberry refresher with no strawberries?! I literally put 2 scoops and extra base and all I got was extra ice and regular base with no strawberries. Never fails! If you’re not inside instructing them how to make what they should already be aware of…you will leave disappointed.

So disappointing. Maybe it’s a lack of communication amongst a few employees? My drink, unlabeled, was sitting on next to the sink for 10 minutes before the younger employee said he just forgot about it. It was watered down, ice melted, when I pointed it out he begrudgingly offered to remake it and was visibly annoyed when I took him up on that offer. And in the end it wasn’t even made correctly.
