This location has serious issues with wait times. I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to warrant attention — especially from corporate. During my last visit, it took 30 minutes from the time I placed my order in the drive-thru to when I received my last drink. The way the drive-thru is designed makes it impossible to exit once you’ve placed your order, so I was essentially stuck with no option to leave. It also seems like they don’t start preparing your drinks until after you’ve paid, which makes the wait even longer. If that’s truly their process, it’s incredibly inefficient — especially during busy times. Something needs to be done to improve service speed and flow at this location.

This Starbucks is inside of a hospital and closes at 2pm. That absolutely no sense, people are in the hospital at different times depending on the reason. Why not close at 5 like most businesses. It was 1:58 and the lady said we close. I said its 1:58 she said sorry we closed. I have been at the hospital with my sick mom and was exhausted. So thanks for nothing.

I lucked òut. I went for a free coffee given to health care workers at 7600 s Cicero. It was 8 a.m. with a surprizingly short line. The coffee's aroma and taste was a true comfort after leaving the hospital. Thank you Starbucks.

I had fast service the day I went to get some coffee. I wish their hours were longer. They close at 2.30pm so I couldn't get my coffee craving satisfied at 3pm. Oh well. This Starbucks is a nice addition to Café 95, a cafeteria inside Advocate Christ Medical Center. Please note this is in the East Tower.
