I went here on one visit with my daughter who pulled up a chair while I was gambling and she was told she was not allowed to do this and to go in the lobby but ok the Stella's I liked to go to is closed (chicago ridge commons) so I went here with a friend and my machine malfunctioned froze so I told the attendant and she said she needed my name and phone number and that I would have to come back later for my 21 I said I dont wanna come back and she calls her boss to troubleshoot 30 min later still cant get a refund I told the attendant to call again talked to chris or christine just said I want my cash and want to leave not come back later so finally got my cash so dont wanna gamble here anymore and so my friend is still gambling and this attendant informs me that her boss does not want me to gamble anymore well I was on another machine and no won't come back here a not so good atmosphere

The employees here do such an amazing job at making sure their guests are satisfied. Shout out to Rochelle!! Rochelle cleans the heck outta this place and makes sure everything is sanitized after every person. She's awesome!! She's a great person to talk to and give the atmosphere of a cafe a whole new meaning. She makes it personal and cozy!!! Give her a raise!!

Went in the afternoon for coffe and a quick bite. Guy didn't know how even begin a food order. Didn't know the wifi key for guests. Gave me expired cream for my coffee (which tasted horrible) and was completely clueless on anything related to the menu. He said he was new, which is somewhat understandable, but I blame the owner or manager for leaving a new person who doesn't know anything alone to manage the place himself.
