My local subway in Oak Lawn on Cicero is the best! The restaurant is always clean and the staff put a lot of care into making the food. Bridgette the manager specifically is one of the best people - salt of the earth, hardworking and takes care to make sure the customer experience is great. I go that subway in particular because of the great customer experience she provides. Keep doing what you're doing and I'll keep coming back daily :)

If your store opens at 9, be ready to serve people. Have your ingredients, trays and utensils out. Everyone ordering a sandwich at this time is on their way to work. Why you started making the sandwich of the woman behind me instead of taking my payment is poor customer service. Yelling at me and saying I should have shown up earlier when I politely asked to pay was downright rude. I’ve patronized this store for a long time but won’t be back.
