Bad business practices, they upcharge here and do not honor any deals, also don't bother to update in the app etc that they do not honor it, I'm assuming since they get business from the hospital they get by taking advantage of the staff because they definitely charge more than any other subway around

We have been coming to this location for years and Bridget is the best worker. All of the food here is fresh and tasty. We have been to multiple locations and this subway tops them all. Bridget's service is efficient and is the top manager!

My husband went to pick up a sandwich for me which was ordered online. The counter person was rude. She required my driver's license in order for him to pick up the sandwich due to fraud. Who is fraudulently picking up sandwiches in someone's name? Then she shoved the sandwich towards him in a dismissive manner. I can cross this location off my list.

Went in to order a sandwich, the lady on an winter coat with a hood on her head with fur around it, she got smart mouth with me because I said that's not professional. She said he'll it's freezing I'm here. I just left 😔

The person who serves serves in a bad way, I would say racist, if you are Hispanic American, do not buy here, look elsewhere, that is my opinion, your lucky decision. If I didn't go to ask for a gift, I definitely paid, racist. Let's unite so that they don't treat us like this again. We are all children of God, no matter the race or color, the racists are the ones.

Worst customer service. Worst service. Right when I got to the long line to order, I instantly heard the attitude coming from this lady. I did not end up getting anything because apparently there was no tuna available for my sandwiches and many other things were not available. I will never come back to this Subway location and I will tell all my family and friends to never come here too.

Stay away from this place , I am delivery driver, so I placed a mobile order ahead of time , when I got there later , the lady asked for my ID lol and then decided to start my order , had to wait there for my food . Last time ordering from this place.

I stopped to pick up 1 6” sandwich to bring to my sick father. A simple sandwich - with 1 meat, 1 type of cheese, lettuce and tomato NOT TOASTED.

The employee decided that she would start my sandwich, not finish it, but take two other customers behind me and complete their orders before she would allow me to pay and be on my way. I found this to be incredibly RUDE. She may have thought she was being efficient, but the only person that she was being efficient for was HERSELF!

Not only was she rude to me, but she was also rude to the other patrons of the restaurant.
One gentleman saw her attitude and turned around and left. In hindsight, I should have done the same.

A very ignorant lady wouldn't wait on us. She instead talked to a "friend" while we stood there waiting for like 5 minutes. My daughter also had a horrible customer service with her. She overcharges and when you complain hangs up the phone.

Please never go this subway I order online from subway app. And I use coupon buy one get one free and employee void transaction and badly treat with customer he said if you are not going from this subway I call police how stupid service to customer u are participant customers so u want to give sandwiches.
