Went today at 1230 pm only one there . Should of read reviews 1st place should close down get a better business that cares there. Ordered half sandwich meal bread was hard toppings look like sat there for days. Price for half sandwich meal was more then any subway $12.99 .Employee had her phone on a stand face timing with people . I have been to many different Subways this on should be closed bad name for franchise ! Price high for terrible food save your money and health dont go here.

My mom went in on October 17th between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. — keep in mind, she could barely walk because she had just had surgery. She wasn’t feeling well, as she’s also diabetic, so she went inside to grab something to eat. There was no one else in the restaurant besides her and the employee at the counter.
Instead of helping, the employee completely ignored her. My mom waited patiently, assuming the woman was busy, but after standing there for quite a while, she kindly asked if someone could assist her. The employee responded with attitude, saying, “I’m busy, I’m doing something.”
My mom explained that she didn’t see anyone else there and had already been waiting, but the woman became rude and disrespectful, even telling my mom that if she didn’t like the service, she could leave and go somewhere else. She then made racist and inappropriate comments, which left my mom in shock. To make matters worse, as my mom walked out, the employee recorded her and took pictures without her consent.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable — especially toward someone elderly, diabetic, and recovering from surgery. No one deserves to be treated this way.

Do not go to this location. Do not buy from the app and try to redeem your meal from this location. I made the mistake of giving this location a chance for my business during the bogo footlong promotion. They just flat out cancel your order. Absolutely terrible service. If I can give it negative stars, I would.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE! super unhygienic! bridget yells at customers, chews her own food while making subs! SO GROSS! she was on her phone when i walked in and not once did i see her wash her hands.. phones are dirtier than toilets PEOPLE!

I was yelled at then my food was literally thrown at me. I walked in and the bell rings and the person behind the counter had their back facing me eating hot chips and watching netflix and i thought maybe she didn’t hear the bell so i didn’t want to scare her. when i got to the counter i said hello 3 times before she finally turns around and yells at me exclaiming she heard me the first time. then she confirms im here for the pickup and throws my sub over the counter. i really couldn’t believe this interaction i was left in shock. so much so that i came to see other reviews just to make sure i wasn’t going crazy. almost every review is about her terrible service and nothing is being done. i don’t know how she’s been able to do this for years. basically harass her customers

We paid online price in full. When we showed up to pickup they didn’t honor the deal we paid. They couldn’t do the return neither. They told us…. We have wait for manager come in later day to return. So no food and no refund it’s horrible service and their phone not working properly…people handle this location need to wake up.
Absolutely disgusting!! Im left with bad indigestion and diarrhea!! No wonder this has 2.9 stars!! And expensive!!! Will not be eating from there at all. The lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and other vegetables looked and tasted freezer burned. It looked like it was frozen and taken out to quickly thawed and I could taste it. I was so hungry that now I suffer the consequences of my actions of choosing that subway. Out of other one's this one is terrible! I wouldn't recommend going even if you're hungry. -0/10 never again!!

My local subway in Oak Lawn on Cicero is the best! The restaurant is always clean and the staff put a lot of care into making the food. Bridgette the manager specifically is one of the best people - salt of the earth, hardworking and takes care to make sure the customer experience is great. I go that subway in particular because of the great customer experience she provides. Keep doing what you're doing and I'll keep coming back daily :)

I’m not the type of person to leave a negative review; I’m generally a positive person. But this one deserves it. Not sure what’s going on at this Subway, but it’s always the same lady working up front. I don’t know if she’s the manager or just one of the employees stuck at the front counter, but she’s basically the face of the place… and not in a good way. Sometimes she has her kid just sitting behind the counter (some friends of mine have seen it too, so it has to be a usual occurrence). The first time I went, the restaurant was empty, yet she was still rushing me and my brother to the point where we couldn’t even get all the toppings we wanted. We greeted her with a smile and said hello, and she couldn’t return the gesture. Immediately, “What do you want?” No ‘hello,’ no smile, no eye contact. Ultimately, she charged us extra and forgot parts of our order. That was less than a year ago, and I refused to order from there until recently. I thought maybe she had a bad day, so I’d give it another shot. The second time (about a month ago), this time my friend and I ordered through the app to avoid being rushed, and the same lady was there when my boyfriend picked up our order. She had him FaceTime me to see my ID because she didn’t trust it was his order, and she was showing him attitude, EVEN though he was complying. Mind you, my friend has ordered online and sent her husband or kids to pick up her order from this location plenty of times, yet the same lady never asked to see an ID with any of them. My friend got more pissed off than I did, implying that this employee is racist, so she picks and chooses who to act this way towards. I’ve only interacted with that employee face to face once, so I’m unsure about that part. Maybe it really is policy to see the ID, but it still doesn’t excuse her unnecessary attitude. And again, the same lady forgot some of our toppings. Yesterday, I ordered online again and had my boyfriend pick it up on his way home. And the same thing happened: the lady had him FaceTime me to see my ID while giving my boyfriend an attitude and rushing him, and she forgot two of my toppings. My boyfriend said she was in the middle of ordering Panera for her lunch, so I can understand if she was a bit hangry??? But it’s no excuse. I work customer service and I would never treat someone like that at my job. I could be having the worst day, and I still treat customers with kindness, patience, and respect. The lady was ORDERING food; she wasn’t even on her lunch break yet. Why is it so hard to put a little more care into an order? Needless to say I won’t be ordering from that location again. It’s closest to home but not even worth it, if THAT lady is working there. I’ll stick to the location in Evergreen Park instead. Staff are friendly over there and never mess up an order.
Edit after reading some more reviews: It seems like this lady has given plenty of people a hard time. Why is she still working there if she clearly has an issue with doing her job right? Higher ups should have a chat with her to fix her attitude OR they should just let her go at this point… If she’s manager (I hope to God she’s not) they should find a replacement.

Avoid this location at all costs. Won't honor app deals. They cancelled my order only after accepting it and taking the money from my bank account. I went in and asked why they cancelled and they said they don't participate in deals. Which is fine but they should have notified customers beforehand subway app will tell you if the store has notified them if they are participating in deals, so they don't waste time and money and wait for refunds especially on bigger orders.
