Ordered through ubereats and waited forever... the app shows the driver never moved.. called and the person said the order was picked up... but the app shows the driver stuck and I can't cancel the order otherwise I'll be charged a cancellation fee???

Forgot some ingredients on my online order. Including the cheese. When I went back to mention it I was greeted with hostility. And told the cheese disappeared when it was toasted. I guess my pickles and onion disappeared as well.
I quit going to this location a couple years ago because I was always given an attitude. When I would select the ingredients, this woman would say with an attitude “well why don’t you just say everything then.” I would respond with “ I didn’t asked for jalepenos, olives or giardiniera.” Cue her eye roll.
I currently only go to the subway on 87th and central. Way better. Way friendlier. And they still have the sub of the day for 3.99. The last one in the area.

Employees sat there and argued with me about a price. I ordered two full meals. She didn't understand me. I was using gift cards. They stole the money from the gift cards and sat there and argued with me over payments. While my sandwich is there and getting cold. It's the employees are not well trained enough to use the computer. They should not be on the computer. If they cannot understand those of us who speak English. They should not be working at the front either really. The pretzel was not good. We walked out without our gift cards and without our food do not go there

Said no mayo due to an allergy and there is mayo. Employee and “franchise” owner kept asking why did i order with mayo when i didn’t.

This place is ridiculous and ripoff!!! They are getting cheap,so now they throw few slices of un fresh meat on a sandwich and trying to get away with it by charging a full price !!! Subway sandwich supposed to be full of meat, don’t get ripped off by these scam artists!

We were dissatisfied with our food and prep. The clerk had an earbud in and didn't hear our request and we had to repeat each part of our order. The salad was not chopped as requested and filled half the bowl, very sparce on ingredients. The sandwiches were also very light on ingredients. It is way overpriced for the quality and quantity of food received. The clerk was not attentive at all.
