OMG. I wish I lived closer. The food was fresh, never tasted it soo good. Many locations leave the twist and dorito shells out or under heat too long. This location has it flavorful and fresh. Cheese and cinnamon fingers, yumm. The drive thru lady was amazing as well. This was not the typical, fast food. WOW. Love it. Keep it going.
The lady who stands at take out window at night time she is very rude in speaking and doesn’t know how to speak with customers and doesn’t not even know how the greet people it’s such a shame to have this kind of employees . We were being very nice to her but what she did is close the window on our face when we were asking a question . It’s been twice that happens to us and I would suggest other people that do not go to this Taco Bell. Thank you

This establishment uses latex gloves for anyone who has allergies. Laws have been passed that any restaurants in Illinois cannot use latex gloves AT ALL for those of us with allergies! They seem to not be abiding by that. EXTREMELY ILLEGAL. I could have died eating a literal taco do it’s good I still always ask.
However. The employees were all really sweet and we know it’s not their fault that this franchisee uses the gloves. They gave us. Refund and we’re entirely so sweet with the fact that a lot of us have latex allergies.

I was a bit unsure of visiting this taco bell due to bad reviews but ended going due to very little options in the area. Sure enough I was disappointed , my chalupa supreme barely had any meat, my 5 cheesy layered burrito didn't have any sour cream and the cheese in my nachos wasn't even half way. I should have taken some photos, my bad guys.
Very sad and disappointed. We were an hour from home after water polo game and the boys were hungry. First they forgot to make our order after waiting 30 minutes they asked us if we got our food and I said no we did not. Then after we got the order it was wrong and they did not get one of the meal we ordered. After talking to what seem to be a manager he didn’t say I’m sorry about all this let me make this right nope he rolled his eyes and walked away. Bad customer service and staff tonight 6-27-04 needs to be retrained on how to provide good customer service. Did not expect 5 star service from Taco Bell but maybe a 3.
