Very poor service skills. These guys are rude and disrespectful to customers. I don’t like having to come to this one at all. If you had an issue they don’t fix it. They tell you well that’s tough.

For the most part service has been ok for me but I still recall one time getting the nacho chips and when I got home I swear they were doused in some kind of chemical it was just awful. I read on a fb post that this has happened to others not just me. The rest of my food was fine but talk about leaving a horrible taste in the mouth. I wrote a message to them on fb I hope it never happens again.

They screwed up my order so badly I just fed the meat to my dogs. They put chicken and steak in just a steak quesadilla and didn’t give me a cheese quesadilla which we ordered

I'm not gonna lie I'm almost 70 and I have not had Taco Bell since I was in my late 20's early 30's and I want a fan but my goddaughter asked me to take her last week and I a taco made with Doritos! 😍 I have not stopped craving it since. I want to try all the crunchy/crunchy soft varieties. I also like the different sauces. 🏃🏾♀️ I'm going back

Was just here at 9:23 8/13 and the guy just said “here” handed the bag then shut the drive thru door….. how rude and unprofessional
Had a huge order, everything was there, no problems, food tasted as expected, it was hot, nothing missing.

This is your classic Mexican fast-food restaurant. The static menu they offer is fine and acceptable with decent prices, but there's not much that sticks out to me. My go-to is the chicken Cantina salad bowl because it tastes fresh and feels refreshing to eat. Most areas pushed a simple, minimalist interior design, so there's isn't much to say or look at theew.
Depending on when this is read, some times could have been removed or added to the menu, which can be good or bad as Taco Bell is known to remove fan favorite items once in a while and push different ones to test. Particularly, nacho fries are a safe bet but can be underseasoned at times. The Strawberry Churro Chiller is a very nice drink and one of my favorites when available, but I haven't seen it in months.

Ordered 6 tacos on Doordash. Asked for no lettuce and specified in instructions that I’m allergic, lettuce was still put in EVERY TACO. Insane. Also called to ask for them to add a glass of water and they said they would but didn’t. AND the sour cream we paid extra for was busted open and all over the inside of the bag. Super frustrating and won’t be coming here again.
