All of the previous reviews are correct. This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. Idk what they have going on in there but my order is always wrong and very sparse on the ingredients. I always go though the drive thru and the service is fast in the drive thru which is one good thing about this location.

I have never made a review especially a bad one at that but due to yesterday’s events I am left with no choice but to. I went in on 12/16/2023 around 8-9 pm and ordered my food on the kiosk with no issues I ordered 2 Doritos locos tacos to be made with no cheese everything went smoothly until I got home right when I was about to eat my food I noticed my tacos had no beef I thought ok what a simple mistake let’s just call and let them know what happened. So I’m on the phone with mike (who stated he was the manager) I’m letting know of the mistake Mike asks me if I have the receipt and I kindly let him know that I actually didn’t receive a receipt even though I did put the option to receive my receipt through text so he says to give him a minute so he could look for the order I replied with ok and wait patiently he comes back after what seemed to be 5 minutes and says that I ordered no beef on my tacos. I was a bit confused so I replied and told Mike I didn’t order my tacos with no beef but I did order no cheese Mike replied with “ok give me a Second” I simply say ok after he comes back he says he won’t be able to remake it because I don’t have the receipt and that he would need an order number so I ask if I could just get a refund and he replied with no because I don’t have the receipt. Due to the frustration of the situation I hang up to avoid anything escalating and just decided to drive back over to the location. I arrived at the location and went through the drive through and let them know I had just called about my tacos missing beef and they tell me to pull to the window. As I pulled to the window Mike who I spoke to on the phone comes up to the window and tells me that he reprinted my receipt and shows us that we ordered no beef so I reply with ok I understand can we just get a refund then ? He replied with no because I didn’t have the receipt I say wait but you just reprinted my receipt and I let you know that I didn’t get receipt from the kiosk yet he insists that I cannot get a refund and he refuses to remake the tacos for me because I do not have a receipt and because I hung up the phone call “in his face” as he stated so he simply tells me and my husband to leave very rudely and slams the window very violently which I was very taken aback by because I have never experienced this kind of behavior from any fast food restaurant. I will be calling corporate management due to this event causing me mental distress.
